GGuest UserThe hotel is impeccable in everything, family type. Chic available rooms, excellent cosmetics, which are updated every day by Bulgari. The staff is helpful, remembers everyone's preferences. Very friendly, they do everything quickly, anticipating the expectations of a demanding client. The territory is green and small, the only negative is the ocean muddy water, fenced with a large stone. We rented several rooms, everyone was very pleased. We moved to a neighboring hotel, since the days of a business trip had already begun, 2 km away, Sugar Beach, the ocean is beautiful, a long ***** of beach, a huge territory. And here’s this There is no customer-oriented relationship, everyone doesn’t notice you, the number of rooms is huge, the hotel is reconstructing individual buildings, they knock and they don’t care about the vacationers, I immediately wanted to come back. So thank you for your warm welcome! We will definitely return to this beautiful island and its western part, which has the most ideal weather. 😇

First of all, there are really few Chinese tourists in this hotel. I didn't meet any during my four-day stay. I will evaluate it from several aspects: First, the service is very good. From the first night of check-in, the front desk who greeted us and the service staff and staff we met every day were warm and thoughtful. Second, the environment. The hotel has many rooms and a large location. The room we were assigned is close to the hotel restaurant and the swimming pool and beach. We walked around the hotel. If we were assigned to a slightly farther room, it would actually take several minutes to walk, but they should have a battery car pick-up service (we used a battery car to deliver our luggage on the first day we came). The hotel's greenery and swimming pool are good, not to mention the beach, which is really pleasant. Third, the room is quite satisfactory. If you are used to staying in a domestic five-star hotel, you may not be able to adapt to it. After all, the facilities and decorations in China are really excellent now. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, and the drinks in the mini bar are charged. The shower is a bit lacking in water and a bit hot and cold. Fourth, for meals, we booked HB, because I booked this hotel half a year in advance, so the price-performance ratio is good. I would like to point out that if you are really used to eating white food, you should find it ok, but I couldn't eat it on the third day, I missed the eight major cuisines of China too much. Finally, this hotel is very close to Casela, Blue Bay, and the starting point of Chasing Dolphins. In short, this hotel is worth recommending.

AAishBellzzzWe stayed here for 2 nights and would definitely recommend the place! The people are so friendly and helpful! Carried our suitcases up, extra eggs were given with breakfast! Helpful and even access to laundry and things. Will definitely recommend them. So nice and peaceful there with no disturbance 😊

DDAWEIThe hotel has a good environment and facilities, but the service details need to be improved. There is a hot water bottle, but there is a lot of scale inside. I don't dare to use it. I usually care about drinking water. There is a water quality test pen for Xiaomi. The hotel has about 200 impurities in tap water and 150 bottles of water. If you care about bringing a kettle. Breakfast and dinner are good, but the dinner men have to wear long pants, the first time I don’t know, hehe.

GGuest UserThere is a large shallow beach at the Flic-en-Flac beach where the hotel is located, which is suitable for kayaking, snorkeling and other water activities. It is also a great location to watch the sunset at sea. The room cleaning service is average. The towels were not changed during the three days of staying. The two free bottles of water every day were not provided proactively. I had to call the room service twice before someone brought them.

JJyotika JoyHad a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.
