GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, it is very warm. The boss doesn't seem to speak English.
One berth and two meals are good.
The hotel is close to the ski resort, but not sliding in and out.

Kkentaro hiraharaThe people at the inn were very attentive and the atmosphere was very comfortable.
The food was also delicious and there was so much we couldn't finish it.
It would be nice to stay two or three nights instead of just one and relax. I would definitely use Nakamatsuya again.

ええねこWhen I went while looking at the navigation system by car, I was a little confused and lost, but it was a very good hotel. It was nice that everyone who responded was cheerful and kind. Also, the meal was more delicious than I imagined and surprised. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination.
The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.

UUNI HEAVEN Kakeyu Onsen , the old onsen village located near Ueda Nagano. Very nice view and best Japanese Onsen bath culture experience . must try .
