The Japanese-style room has a beautiful environment, is neat and clean, and I really like the location of the makeup mirror.
Dinner is provided in the accommodation. I forgot to inform the hotel in advance that my family does not eat beef, but the staff immediately helped to change it to seafood, and the service was still very dedicated. There were no complaints or dissatisfaction. I felt very sorry for increasing the workload of the staff.
Although it is a certain distance from the JR station, the hotel has a shuttle bus, which can be provided if you register one day in advance.

The large bathhouse on the first floor is very nice. The girls' bathhouse has four bathing positions. The boys' bathhouse is larger and the hot spring is very comfortable!
There are many types of buffet breakfast, and we just happened to encounter the Aizu Festival. There were many guests, so the breakfast was quite crowded!
The bed and pillows are comfortable!

館内はとても綺麗で、部屋の中も快適。
窓から眺める夜景が素敵でした。
温泉も露天風呂はスパのようなオシャレな造り。
1日の疲れが癒されます。
特に良かったのが食事。ライブキッチンあり、デザートは朝食なのに充実。会津若松ならではの食材もあり、地元食材が味わえたのも良かったです。

It's about a 5-8 minute walk from Aizu Station. There are supermarkets, ramen shops, and *****tores nearby, and the living functions are good. However, the restaurants in Aizu close around 19:30 or earlier, so be sure to go early for food.
The room cleanliness and service are all up to standard. The only thing that is surprising is that there is only one elevator. During peak breakfast and check-in hours, you will roll your eyes when you take the elevator.
The service staff is very friendly. It's very close to the station. The breakfast is okay. Another factor that makes me want to stay here is that there is a large supermarket next to the station where you can buy local food and goods. It's great and the best place to stay.

The staff were very kind and it was nice.
They also had baby food available, which I brought with me but it's a great service for those who forget to bring it.
Because it's deep in the mountains, Wi-Fi only works around the front desk, but you can use your smartphone etc. so it's not a problem if you don't mind.
My child seemed a little disappointed that he couldn't connect to the internet to play games, but there were plenty of entertainment options available so he still enjoyed himself.
My mother was a little disappointed that there was no local sake in the shop (bitter smile). You can drink it at the buffet or in the restaurant on the first floor, but it was a shame because she wanted to enjoy it in her room.
I'm sure everyone buys it before going to the inn but we forgot and I was hoping that there would be some in the shop with the souvenirs so I was a little sad.
But overall it's a very nice inn.

the location to the city is around 8 mins drive. it's convient.

But disappointed with the view. But don't blame the hotel. It's the weather.
and check-out day Notice that the hotel has a shuttle at the train station. But when we went in to ask Instead it said you didn't reserve it. You must make a reservation at check-in. We ourselves don't know. The front desk staff didn't inform us. So can we ask the staff to make a reservation for us? The staff tried to solve the problem for us. But it seems like the uncle of the driver is dissatisfied, drives very badly and gives us very poor service.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and good. I like the concept of taking of the shoes at the front desk to switch to slippers throughout the hotel. Just to note the 20 min walk from the station to the hotel (but is an easy walk down a straight road) and actually from the hotel is also only 20 mins walk to the tsurago castle so super convenient if you are visiting the castle as well.

When I got to my room, it felt like a traditional inn even though it was a hotel, which was great (although I did feel like the smell of the tatami mats was a bit too strong).
After relaxing in the room for a while, I found a stink bug. Well, I'm not physically averse to bugs, and there was a warning sign in the room, so I guess I just had to let it go!
The great thing about this hotel is the dinner and breakfast buffet.
There's a live kitchen that you can enjoy with your eyes, and the variety of food is amazing. They had a little bit of everything, but I gave up because I was full....
Other than that, the hot springs, karaoke, and convenience store were all great, so I recommend it!

GGuest UserSingle room is quite small. Bed is hard and only one blanket provided. Not allowed to adjust temperature in room. It is kinda cold during mid night. Breakfast is just average. Don’t expect it too much. The price is a little bit over value although it costs 8000 yen only.

WWh TamAt low prices (half cheaper than neighboring stores!) To meet the three major services of boarding, meals and hot springs, I really cannot criticize too much.
It is worth mentioning that the location is the farthest and deepest place away from the station. If you do not want to search in the dark in the autumn and winter evenings, it is best to reserve a little more time and arrive at Dongshan Hot Spring Station by 5 o'clock at the latest.
