Mmiyasaya新婚旅行で８つほど様々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、最も魅力的で素敵な宿でした🏠✨到着してすぐに温かく迎え入れてくれて、重いキャリーケースを運んで下さったり、オーナーの方々が丁寧にお部屋のことなどをとても親切に説明してくれました🥹✨冷蔵庫の中にはたくさんのお菓子や飲み物など、プレゼント〜！と言ってくれてとっても嬉しく想像以上のおもてなしに旦那と大喜びでした😂💞朝のタクシーも手配してくれて、タクシーが来ると呼びにきてくれたり、帰り際に紙袋いっぱいに手土産をくれたりと感動続きで、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした😭❤️お部屋はとても清潔でアメニティも豊富であり、女性にはとてもありがたく嬉しいなと感じました😌✨また是非！！宿泊したいと思っています🥰🫶🏻日本でもここまでのおもてなしはないなと感じるほど、とても素敵なおすすめのゲストハウスです🌷✨

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

GGuest UserVery convenient location. Staff was nice but not the most attentive. When entering the room, I saw what I thought was a roach in the bathroom but turned out to be a silverfish. It wasn’t dead but I’m not sure which would’ve been the better option. Room was otherwise clean. Breakfast was good and had good options. I would’ve liked a bit more info from the hotel on where to get the bus from airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was clean and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and well maintained. However, the experience at reception was not very pleasant. Maybe the receptionist had a rough night shift, but the welcome felt quite cold and not very friendly. A simple greeting or a more helpful attitude would make a big difference for guests arriving at the hotel. I hope the service at the front desk can improve, because the hotel has good potential overall.

DDongyaoHi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.

AAnonymous UserThe staff was absolutely amazing! super helpful and polite! However, as a budget-conscious solo traveler, getting to the hotel wasn’t the easiest. I had to go to the airport first, and from there, despite the short 5km distance, I ended up paying 35 euros for a taxi. In the morning, I had to pay another 20 euros to get back to the airport, though it was cheaper this time thanks to the reception staff booking a car in advance. The area itself is very quiet, with only one or two restaurants nearby and not much else. Honestly, if I had known I’d be spending that much just for a short stay, I would have booked a hotel at the airport instead.

JJoanneMarco, who greeted us was so very welcoming, he explained how everything worked, arranged a friend of his to give us a lift to the airport the next morning. We were starving when we arrived late, on a Sunday evening. He found us somewhere to eat and let the restaurant know that we were on our way.
The room was fine, a little tired, but suited our needs, as we were only there for one night, before flying out of Rome Fiumicino.

You can swim in the sea, the beaches are sandy. There are both free city ones and a dozen private paid ones.
Two buses to Rome, go every hour.
In general, a good place to take a break if you have an independent connection in Rome.
