The mid mgm and the housekeeping staff and specialy the door man ”EBI” is great at what he does. The roon service is great ....food is tasty and good portions. The breakfast can be better, because the food is usually cold and doesn't meet the health code standard. I will not recommend use of hotel taxi service, because some of their drivers are dishonest and overcharge customers.

GGuest UserI travelled solo to Iran in May 2023 and it was my first time in this region. I arrived in Tehran in the early hours and when I arrive at Tehran Heritage Hostel, I was fatigued and flustered. I met Mr. Nima who was the staff on duty and he was very perceptive and offered me a towel to freshen up and to rest in the lounge area until the check in time at 2pm. Knowing that I was travelling solo, Mr. Nima was also very hospitable and offered to bring me on a city walkabout after his shift ended. It was refreshing, especially having a local explaining the city and culture of Tehran. Furthermore, the staff at the hostel are really helpful and provide non-biased advice e.g. currency exchange, booking of tickets, places of attractions. That said, the prices and the quality of the dorms and individual rooms are clean, and the toilets/showers have good water pressure. Definitely a recommended place to stay if you're in Tehran!

It has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in so far, a clean hotel with good access in the center of Tehran and with polite and conscientious staff and with very good management and sensitive to cleanliness and satisfaction of passengers. Apart from this hotel, I have stayed in hotels of a higher grade, but in my opinion, none of them have the peace, cleanliness, and sense of satisfaction of this hotel, as well as the other branch of this hotel, the Eskan Hotel on Alvand Street, that's why this hotel is always my first choice. It has been an accommodation. I recommend it to other friends

NNataliaabkThe hotel is very well located, nice and beautiful, perfect gym and spa, lovely view, but the bed are uncomfortable, walls are low quality you literally can hear next door noises, food and breakfast is not tasty, friendly staff. I asked the reception to wake me up to catch my flight and they did exactly on time and called a taxi for me.

吉吉It was good until my last day. I actually paid for towels that was stained because of my died hair. The hotel worker were really nice and I just wanted to thank them . The place is accessible to banks, buses metro stations and taxis everywhere. People on the street are kind and helpful. They were just happy to help. The weather is hot so bring water with you. The covering of the hair and the entire body except your face, hands and feet are ok. I also recommend that you can at least read or speak Persian if not, bring your phone with you and use it for translation or have someone with you who can speak and write Persian as not everyone can speak English.
