The environment is very beautiful, enjoy the sun by the beautiful river, and the rich and local breakfast starts a beautiful day. The yoga and sound therapy arranged by the hotel is also very relaxing, the texture of the service staff is very good, the spa treatment is also worth recommending, it will make me miss and look forward to staying again 💖

GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights and the experience is amazing, such a pleasant welcome , surrounded by mountains and peace, sit by the ganges and sound of river is so pleasant. Must visit, would like to visit again. The staff is very polite and nice, they provide you the bonfire at night and music of your choice. Overall I loved everything about it, small trek and come via raft to the property. Loved it..!!

NNitinGargCAThe location of the property is excellent — you can reach Laxman Jhula within 5 minutes by walking, which makes it very convenient. The serving staff was also polite and helpful.
However, we faced a couple of issues during our stay.
Five days before arrival, we had specifically checked with the hotel whether early check-in would be possible, and they confirmed that it would be arranged. Based on that assurance, we even planned to extend our stay for another day. However, when we reached the property, none of the staff initially acknowledged this confirmation. The person attending us said he would check with the staff and mentioned that otherwise we might need to pay extra for early check-in.
Later, when the manager arrived, he did acknowledge that the earlier conversation had happened but mentioned that no rooms were available, which was quite surprising given the prior confirmation. In the meantime, since Laxman Jhula was nearby, we went to the Ganga ghat and spent some time there, and eventually they arranged the room.
Another disappointing aspect was that outside food was strictly not allowed. They were even reluctant to provide cutlery for outside food, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
Overall, while the location is great and staff is courteous, the communication regarding early check-in and the strict outside food policy affected our experience.

GGuest UserProperty's location is good but property itself has lost its sheen and shine. They have not bothered to upgrade their rooms. They give you a vintage feeling. Amenities they are providing have become obsolete. Even smart tvs are not there in the rooms. Who watches tata sky that too in sd. Can't even watch hd channels. Food is not good at all. They are lacking the variety and providing very basic and average breakfast. Lunch and dinner we had ordered from the kitchen was tasteless. The property itself needs a big upgrade. Natural beauty is there in abundance but stay should be much more comfortable and fooding should be much more sumptuous.
