Hotels with Parking in Umbulharjo

We stayed at Hotel Grand Serayu for 4 days and had a great experience. The hotel is very new, clean, and comfortable. Everything in our room worked perfectly, including the AC and hot water. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Excellent service and a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and had most necessary items to have a comfortable stay. The smell of humidity was a bit strong (especially in the bathroom) but it seems to be pretty common in Indonesia. All good otherwise. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in walking distance from South Jogja’s interesting neighborhood.

Positive: Room was spacious, water pressure was strong, good basic facilities such as AC, hot water, water station outside provides hot/cold water, a public fridge you can use as well Negative: no hair dryer, no fridge, no clothes hanger, youtube did not work =＞ with the price we paid, completely fine and comfortable

The room is comfortable and clean, but the AC is not cold enough... The service was okay, helped to lift the goods and was very friendly😍 The shower water isn't fast enough and sadly it's not ablution friendly... overall it's ok 🥰

It's great, but it's a pity that you can do it for a day 😅🙏

When I ordered the beginning, I told you to ask for a room that was close, uh, really gave it when I checked in, I could also be early and didn't charge huhu very good, the person who took care of is also very good, the service is really good, The place is very comfortable, not noisy, clean, fragrant polls, very complete, there is hot water, smart tv, wifi, tea'an, every room has a balcony, it's also very good. If you go to Malioboro, it's very close, it's only 6-7 minutes next time, if you go to Jogja again to stay Here

I think that quiet nice's but when I and my family visit there is very different than what we are thinking like the room have electric problems and the clean of the room is really make me cry because still have a little bugs and like that doesn't have clean yet but the service of that hotel quiet nice.I think the hotel need to become better from the cleaning and the problem of the electric in the room that make sucks because of the air conditioner that often off in the night and need to setting again and quiet hot in that room because of the electric problems.

Top hotel, I really recommend it, it was a perfect stay, I will come come back for sure in the future
