Mmr zoeThe room I chose was the cheapest, first come with sign and telephone number with ID photo, no deposit. Got a room on the ground floor but the one facing the wall was disappointed, I asked to change rooms and was agreed to get a room on the 2nd floor, but still facing the wall, but there was a little light coming in, it's okay, maybe I ordered a cheap room. Even though guests who check in can be counted, we hope to get a good view.
This facility is the best, maybe I will come here again next time. There are 2 small bottles of mineral water, tea coffee sugar + drinking water heater, shampoo + soap, toothpaste + toothbrush, towels per guest, clean minimal dust in the room I stayed in, TV with Kvision channels, only the WiFi is slow and the bathroom lights not very bright, there is a telephone, minus the TV, even the smallest sound is already noisy :( . So the first choice for staying overnight.

GGuest UserStrategic location near pvj near ciwalk, cleanliness is really ok, air conditioning is cold, there is one problem related to the smart tv error, can't connect yutub, can't connect to TV, it's already very good with the staff, but if it's dead or the access card is removed, it's again.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is decent, and the staff are very attentive. However, the facilities are quite old. The white sheets have turned grey from repeated washing. When I asked a staff member to change them, they were very patient, but the new sheets were also very old.

NNur Shahira ZafariThe service rendered by the hotel was top notch and definitely will stay again if stop at Bandung in the future. The staff was realy helpful and polite. The process for check on and out was so easy. The room was spacious and worthy for the money spend. Definitely will get other people to stay here if they went to Bandung. The hotel also near the Paris Van Java mall.

AAnonymous UserWhile the place is a bit far from downtown, the location is actually very strategic since it's right near the Pasteur Toll Exit and Maranatha University. There are plenty of food stalls nearby, and it’s a huge plus being so close to the viral Kame Bakehouse and a Makmur Jaya Coffee outlet.
The stay was decent, but the amenities definitely need an upgrade. Even though there were two towels in the room, they only provided one slipper and one toothbrush. It was a bit inconvenient, so hopefully, they can be more consistent with their room setups in the future!
