AAnonymous UserLovely stay. Complimentary upgraded and breakfast as I am a Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy. Spacious room. Great Christmas deco. Staff at check in was very helpful and attentive. He welcome me as an elite member. Breakfast was ok, not excellent. Not much spread. Overall, a great stay for work.

My room had separate entrance from garden which was nice. There's a breakfast area and access to tea coffee supplies. Fresh towels if you want. Gloucester cathedral not far. Buses nearby.

GGuest UserGreat location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

Always friendly, very accommodating and always Professional Staff.
Rooms vary in quality, however all rooms have the same aminities and are not below the expected standard.
I've stayed on each floor,
Standard rooms are always presentable,
Deluxe rooms are a step up, high in quality and very good value for money.
Bathrooms - good, hot, high pressure shower. 10/10
Towels big, clean and heated towel rails. Standard and deluxe. Clean and tidy.
Bed - comfortable value for money, standard rooms are two single mattresses however, makes for plenty of space and are of good quality.
Deluxe room is a very comfortable double mattress, fantastic value for money.
Staff - the staff are absolutely wonderful.
I can't think of any negatives to share, maybe get a vending machine.
