Hotel or hostel at the Last stop of coach T73 which we took after transfer from T75 from Grenoble bus station ( next to the Grenoble train station) using one ticket at €7 plus per person. We bought at the train station ticket counter but you could buy direct from driver too.
We tried some of the free ski bus shuttle routes eg Line 1, 2, 3, 4.

Stayed 8 nights recently in a king deluxe hotel room . The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent facilities including onsite restaurant , bar , cafe , indoor pool , spa , ski drying rooms and lockers , car parking . Our room was modern , luxurious dnd comfortable . Kitchenette was self contained with everything we needed . Disappointing that our room was not attended to at all during our stay for housekeeping , clean linen , towels etc and replacement toilet paper . I would have expected daily housekeeping including fresh towels, restocking toilet paper snd bed making as a minimum when you stay in a full serviced hotel and pay premium prices per night . Beautiful hotel though in great location . Housekeeping needs to be better though .

miss banzaiLocation is beautiful due to being in Grenoble and surrounded by these mountains. Only detail, for tourism I may have favored staying in the city centre. Here I had to use the car for 5-10min to get into the city centre were the cute restaurants along the Rhône river are located. But hotel itself is nice. The staff were friendly, first they checked me in in a room which has not been cleaned but without hesitation the upgraded me. Room was spacious and comfortable. And huge bathroom. Downside of the bathroom, is that the shower is basically overfloeding the bathroom and water even reaches the carpet in the room. Not sure if that was only a default in my room or a general problem. Breakfast was great, loved the chooses. Had even for Gluten intolerant people madeleines. Checkout staff was not very competent though, she was very slow and when I said I am going to be late for a meeting she purposely did the process even slower in a passive aggressive way. I don't think this is a professional and customer oriented behavior. Other than that all good.

Guest UserJust next to the university, you can get down to the tram. The transportation is very convenient. There is a big supermarket (géant ******) next to it, and shopping is also convenient. There is a KFC and McDonald's around 900 meters away, and there are also nearby restaurants. It just doesn’t have air conditioning, so it’s France

Ann LokThere's always room for improvement so I always give 4 points the maximum.
One night the toilet by Rm102? had run out of toilet roll 😥
Dormitory is always the best place to make new friends and share experience.
Unfortunately, in this particular stay, a long-term guest has become the boss of the room. 😵💫She doesn't show any courtesy/respect to other members: Opened /closed window, turned on/off lights as she wish.
Used hair dryer and banged on the door after 2330;
Personal belongings were everywhere, occupied all furnitures which supposed to be shared in a dorm 🤔. In order to give herself full privacy she even took other's sheet. Somehow, once in a while, she would use a suitcase to stop the front door being closed 😱 while guest is still sleeping inside.

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip focused on the university, and it served its purpose perfectly. The hotel is very clean, and the receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful with all of my requests, which made for a welcoming experience. The breakfast was very good and offered a great start to the day.
The primary advantage of this hotel is its location, which is ideal if you need to be at the Université Grenoble Alpes. However, be aware that the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly and is built more for cars. There are no supermarkets within easy walking distance, so it's best to plan accordingly if you need to buy anything.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a night or two, especially for anyone who has business to attend to at the university.

Hello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.
