ZZhangjianzoutianyaoThe hotel is located in the Carcassonne Castle, next to the church, with a beautiful environment. It is a historic castle hotel. The navigation position of our Mercedes-Benz business car was a little off, so we parked in the riverside parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel then used a small car to pull the luggage to the hotel. The swimming pool is not open in winter, and you can hike in the castle in the morning. The hotel garden is very exquisite. Breakfast ends at 10:15, which is a bit too early for a resort hotel. Dinner requires reservations. We didn't make reservations in advance and had to eat outside. The hotel recommended a restaurant next door, a 5-minute walk away. The dishes were amazing and we had two meals in a row. We stayed in a family suite with a large bed and an 80 cm single bed. We stayed in 4 people, and the hotel added a single bed for us free of charge. The toiletries are all Clarins, the shower water is very large, the room is well heated, and the stay is very comfortable, which is very suitable for family vacations. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and the castle black chocolate presented is also delicious.

OOlgaI really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere

The room facilities are relatively new and the bed and bedding are very comfortable. The room is small and there is no place to put the box.
Breakfast is good, bread, dessert, jam, fruit, meat, juice drinks are rich in variety. The disadvantage is that there are no vegetables.
The hotel has a small environment, with gardens and swimming pools. Disadvantages: The sewage at the entrance of the hotel is flowing across the river, a smell of simmering water, walking back to the hotel to step on dirty water, very disgusting.

11381646****It is best to send a message with their WhatsApp before check-in, and then they will tell you the gate password and the precautions for check-in. 10 minutes walk from the castle. Champagne is also delivered at check-in. Everything is basically done by self-help. But before I left, I sent him a message, and I immediately came down and said hello after seeing it, and I was still very sincere. Overall good.

UUtopus_HythAmple, free parking spaces, good spoken English at the front desk. Located next to a large supermarket. Rooms are clean and comfortably designed. We booked one night but ended up staying two. Cleaning service was very observant, noticing that we'd only been drinking the decaf coffee sachets provided and topping up extra of those. Nice, small details that help make the trip more comfortable. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Carcassonne castle. You can drive there in the evening and park outside the castle for free after dark - a highly recommended experience. Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice if you're like us: foreign visitors, travelling in France by car.

MMaeva&MarcelWe stayed in this hotel as a step in Narbonne, very easily accessible to reach the roads, at 5/7 min from the city centre of Narbonne by car. The hotel is more than correct for the price, recently renovated to go to the level of a 3-star. The room is clean, new bathroom. A good hotel for the passage. The hotel is located in the middle of a commercial area, but remains quiet and quiet. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

In general it is normal, but it was not possible to start the air conditioner on heating, but it was quite cool ~20°C. There were problems with the lock, but they were quickly resolved. The breakfast was not very rich for choice.

GGuest UserAll good but a little awkward location though near the airport, 20 euro taxi from Carcassone centre and 10 to airport. Small pool but nice to have it and smoking area out back too.
Standard double room was fine, clean, adequate. And we got a duvet! A light one, just right for the weather at the time. Service was fine,breakfast was super. Bit stressed though at indefinite time of arrival of taxi to airport in the morning. Booked by receptionist. But altogether good and great value! 👍
