IIkaikaiThis hotel is a bit dated. The room didn't have bottled water, but there was free coffee in the lobby! The breakfast was average – definitely avoid 8-9 AM as it gets incredibly crowded, and most of the options are cold dishes.

GGuest UserAmazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Stay – Modern, Clean, and Fantastic Service! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very modern and spotless throughout. The staff were fantastic, making check-in seamless and offering great hospitality. The room was comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing shower! Furthermore, dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

GGuest UserEverything is perfect. Big spacious room. Interesting design. Good view. Note they dont have microwave only oven. Its clean and neat. Note Room service only after 3 days. Location is walkable to old town.

The smart devices in the room were easy and intuitive to operate, creating a good environment for business work. The surroundings were relatively quiet, perfect for resting after traveling. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was responsive. The facilities were generally complete and met my business needs. The location near the airport was excellent, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I recommend it for business travelers.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was very nice because it’s close to the city center. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, my room was close to the main street, which caused some disturbance due to car noise during the night and early morning.

GGuest UserAcceptable and OK. Was 10 nights there. Nights it can be noisy so earstops are needed. That depends on the guests. Rooms door brightly. Reception nice. Location and connection good. Room facilities have everything you need if you do not raise any raised charges in view of the price.
