GGuest UserThe hotel was very good, but the waitress/receptionist at the breakfast buffet was very inhospitable. You didn't feel welcome, more like a supplicant. Typically German, always with the didactic, raised index finger. It was a shame, it ruined my day and from then on I only went into the city for breakfast.

Environment: very good, next to the tram station, soundproofing is also good, ten minutes drive from the airport, very convenient

EEnyatariSehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, alles sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, dafür jedoch an einer stark befahrenen Straße, wer zum schlafen absolute Ruhe braucht, sollte mit Ohrstöpseln vorsorgen. Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Hotel vorhanden und kann für 7€/Tag beim Check In gebucht werden.

However, I was disappointed with the bed setup. I booked a double bed, but it turned out to be two singles pushed together. This made it uncomfortable, and I even rolled over and fell out during the night. I hope the hotel can address this issue, as it affected the overall comfort of my stay. Otherwise, it’s a great place for its location.”
