GGaileyBeeThe staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I am not keen on the bathrooms in the room that have clear glass and no lockable door though. The pillows were not the most comfy and could do with updating. The noise from the corridor was quite noisy at times.
The room was spotless. Disappointed that there was no kettle or tea/coffee. Useful to have a hairdryer. Was a single duvet on a double bed which was rather strange!
Good location to travel around Bremen.

AAnonymous UserA male hotel staff member was super nice. He gave us several super large rooms with great views. There seemed to be more than a dozen windows, including large floor-to-ceiling windows. Although it was right next to the train station, it was very soundproof and quiet! Thank you to this very kind male staff member. I was stunned the moment I walked in!

GGuest UserHotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.
However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.
Overall good for our needs.

GGuest UserThe laundry cost 5 euros, which is fine but I was disappointed that when I was told I could get the laundry at five pm, when I arrive at the laundry room it wasn’t ready.
The location is about five minutes walk from the central train station.
If you arrive very late at night, I recommend staying highly vigilant.
Better have company if you really need to go out at night.
The staff is very friendly.
But there’s a sign in from of the hotel that says don’t bring any firearms or knife there. Wonder what happened before the sign was erected.
The room that was assigned to me didn’t face a highway, and I was able to use the microwave and the fridge in the hotel
It’s about 5 minutes walk to the museum and about 15-20 mins walk to downtown center. A very good location for business people.

FFIONAI am very happy to choose this hotel, about 10 minutes from the train station, the room is clean/renovated modern group has a consistent style, there is a PT lady at the front desk called Magda, she is very good and she has taken Chinese classes in Beijing before, so she can speak/understand the small Mandarin, And the front desk manager Mr Linck, he will recommend nearby attractions to me.

The signboard at the entrance of the hotel is not consistent with the Novom listed online on Trip . Walking navigation used to need to carefully distinguish the hotel name.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, toilet also but still sound outside corridor can be heard clearly, especially when kids were shouting while walking through. Check in / out process was fast. Elevator helped much for bringing luggages
Breakfast was good, the man who served was friendly. A bit difficult to find the location directly from Bremen Hauptbanhof, need google map to guide.
