GGuest UserIt took about 70 minutes by Didi (ride-hailing app) from Xi'an to the guesthouse, which was very convenient.
The guesthouse room was very clean, with down comforters and beds that, in my opinion, were comparable to those in hotels—fantastic! Most importantly, it's very close to the Sibao Science Park, only a 7-8 minute walk. The guesthouse owner and staff were very helpful in providing pick-up and drop-off services, especially since the weather was so hot. I highly recommend this guesthouse! 👍👍🐼🐼

MMimifrlaThe room is exactly the same as the photo! The bathroom is super large and clean, and I feel that the proprietress is very serious about cleaning! The bedding is clean and sleepy, the heating is very sufficient, and the room is hot after a while. And the quilt is super warm, basically turn off the heating at night. The height of the pillow is also very good, not too flat, sloppy, I like it very much.
It is also very close to Sibao Park. There are many delicious shops and supermarkets 300 meters left at the entrance of the hotel. Don't worry about being hungry. The proprietress is also very enthusiastic and enthusiastic, and feels like a home! Really my wife likes this homestay so much! I have to book this one in the future!

After waiting ten minutes, the computer was ready, opened the room, and asked to pay the deposit. I said that the deposit has been paid on the Ctrip platform, and I don’t need to pay it. I communicated several times. Remind to call to confirm, no deposit is required after confirmation. I opened the room door and found that the room smelled of smoke, the kettle was still boiling water, and the toilet lamp was broken. After communication, I changed the room and there was no peculiar smell, but the floor was dirty and the TV was broken. I called the hotel reception again. The customer service watched it and said that the TV was broken, and changed the TV again. Besides getting out of bed, the mattress is very hard, the quilt feels a bit damp, the chair cloth and the bedside cloth are dirty, anyway, I won’t go live again next time.
