Service: As soon as the car arrived at the door, a little brother helped to open the door and carry the luggage. The front desk saw that we had children with us and took the initiative to take the children's disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and also gave us snacks.
Environment: It is a newly opened hotel in February 2024. It is not renovated. It is very nice. However, the rooms are relatively new and have some formaldehyde. It will be much better to open the windows and open the door for ventilation.
Hygiene: The hygiene situation is very good and spotless.
Facilities: The children chose a room with a tent. The cushions inside the tent were soft and very comfortable, and the children were very happy; the rooms are all smart homes, the projection is great, and there are film and television members; the toilet is equipped with a smart toilet. You can see from the window that the hotel is building a swimming pool. I believe more people will come after it is built.
Buffet breakfast: Currently, guests in the hotel and apartment share the same restaurant. There are quite a lot of people there. The variety is relatively complete and the taste is very Cantonese. Overall it is good.

Staying in the deluxe room on the 4th floor of Building 3, the room is equipped with a balcony, the balcony is close to the mountains and forests, and the sun and green have a panoramic view. Listening to birds songs in the room and smelling frogs at night is really a relaxation and a enjoyment for people who have been living in the city for a long time.
Hotel hardware facilities are OK, the room is facing the mountains, but not humid, the waiter is thoughtful and the attitude is good.

The hotel lobby is very new and large. I asked the front desk and found out that it had just been renovated. I was given a bottle of water as soon as I arrived at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very fast, and the staff's attitude was very good. I was given a buffet breakfast coupon, which is good for someone like me who doesn’t have high requirements for breakfast. Thank you. There are many places to park at the door. The front desk asked me to park my car and go to the underground garage. I was too lazy to run, so I just parked at the door. The soundproofing of the room is okay and very quiet, but it feels a bit old. The room is also very clean.

Lobby: The mortise and tenon structure is amazing, and there are many palace treasure-level artworks on display.
Entertainment facilities: Very complete, played billiards, table tennis, and audio-visual room, the experience was very good.
Dining: I ate in the Chinese restaurant for two consecutive lunches. The price of the box is not expensive, and all the dishes are very good. My personal favorite (stir-fried meat with green pepper, my family likes red rice and crab fried rice.
Hot spring club: The service is warm and generous, and the lounge on the second floor has a rich variety of free and paid products and the products are genuine.
Meditation project: Good experience

The hotel is located in a place surrounded by farms. There are plenty of parking spaces. The security guards are warm and courteous, and they will take the initiative to say hello to the guests. But as soon as you enter the lobby, you have a different attitude. The indifference of the waiters at the front desk can be felt through the masks. I booked a deposit-free room on Ctrip, but the receptionist didn't listen to my explanation and just charged a deposit. Well, it’s okay to just accept it, I just think you don’t give Ctrip face.
When I got to the room, I knew that the previous tenant was a smoker, and his ash was still there.
When I wake up in the morning and open the balcony door, what blows my face is not the breeze, but the smell of animal feces, which is very strong! That smell has permeated every corner of the outdoor, and you can smell it all the way to the restaurant. The breakfast is good, but please don't choose the outdoor table lightly, there is a table next to me where the beauties were smoked away.
The waiters in the hot spring are still warm and polite, and will take the initiative to ask if you need tea? What's even more surprising is that there is a dry sauna in the hot spring! However, it would be less embarrassing if the locker room and the hot spring were connected together. It would be great if there were enough towels in the hot spring, and it would be great if the free fruits could be replenished in time. Reminder: Don’t choose to go to the hot springs at night if you can go to the hot springs in the morning, the water quality is two different things.
