The room facilities are very new and the room air is fresh, the hygiene is very clean, the bed is particularly soft and comfortable, I originally planned to stay for one night and then stayed for another night. This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in the county. The waiter will not ask you to write a good review like other hotels, which makes me feel good. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel environment is OK, the bathroom is very clean, disposable paper cups are provided, and they are all sealed with plastic bags. The breakfast buffet tastes good. There is a laundry room that can be dried, this is more friendly

No English spoken and no effective ability to use translation software. This despite genuine effort by the female receptionists to assist. Not an effective hotel for non-English speakers. The fourth floor rooms have been refurbished and are adequate. However, it was unfortunate that my air conditioner was leaking and - instead of moving me to a new room - the manager/or owner supppsedly ‘fixed’ the air conditioning unit, only to be woken after 2am by its dripping. I then shouted and insisted on a new room. It should never have come to that. I reiterate the hard put in by the young women there to assist me, despite their lack of English and my lack of Chinese language, and their lack of any training having been given to them on sostware for translation.

The room I stayed in had a balcony and a large mezzanine suite. The loft space was large enough and it was comfortable in every way. The service attitude is very good, it is worth recommending. The only drawback is that there is no bathroom upstairs in the loft. Of course, there is a bathroom downstairs, but you have to climb down the stairs in the middle of the night. The location is at the foot of Maoer Mountain, it is very convenient to travel and play in the water! The rooms are clean and tidy, well equipped, and the bedding is comfortable and sleeps well. The environment of the homestay is quiet, the mountain and forest streams are outside the window, the clouds and mist scenery are beautiful after the rain, and the air is particularly fresh. The air on the mountain is very good, and I will choose this resort next time. The boss is very enthusiastic, knowing that we are from Chongqing, and boasting that we are in-depth tourism. There is a bamboo forest next to the living, and you can play in the water after going a little bit. It feels super niche and the water is really clean and cool. I feel that there are more locals here, and I want to settle down here. The whole stay was pleasant and assured. The dishes in the cafeteria were also local characteristics that were affordable and delicious. I especially liked the fried dumplings very tender. It is also very close to the ticket office of Maoershan, suitable for playing in the water + climbing together!
