The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the sleep was very stable. The facilities are complete, the quality of toiletries is good, the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, answering questions and responding in a timely manner.
