The building looks like an old hotel, but the room has been renovated and doesn't feel old at all. Clean and comfortable. The front desk service is very good, worthy of being a serious star hotel. I will stay here again next time I go to Tieling.

Tieling is a very good hotel. I have always stayed in this hotel during my travels. The service at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. I was upgraded to a deluxe double room for free, and I was given free fruit. This 7-day hotel in Tieling refreshed my new understanding of the 7-day hotel chain. The bedding is comfortable. The bed in the twin room is 1.35 meters. It is no problem to sleep two adults. It may also be because of the new opening, the facilities are very new and the decoration is stylish. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, and it was equipped with disposable face towels. The price of more than 100 was too suitable.
By the way, thank Ctrip customer service for helping to communicate with the quiet room on the second floor. The hotel is also very cooperative and meets our requirements.
Tieling Longshoushan Park's little squirrel 🐿️ is not afraid of people, especially cute.

The front desk beauty service is very good, the original room is gone, help cancel the order, and then help book a room, very patient is not too troublesome, the room is the same as the picture, very clean. No deposit check out the room card to leave, very convenient. Hotel location is good, you can stay and rest after a long distance off the high-speed exit. Recommended.

Maybe it has been open for a long time. The facilities inside are not particularly good. There is no difference between the two room types. The rain is not particularly good. The hair dryer cannot be used for a long time.

The first time I came to Tieling, the front desk ladies were super gentle and super nice, because the room was changed very quickly for personal reasons. In recent years, the Hanting front desk has not had a good service for a few years. The front desk of this hotel is the Hanting attitude + courtesy that has lived in. The first good feeling of Tieling is to this Hanting.
The room is also very clean, large and comfortable.

GGuest UserVery pleasantly surprised, I didn’t expect to live in such a service, health, and decoration in Kaiyuan. The hotel was too late to take pictures that day. The first choice was that the interior decoration grade was definitely at least four stars or more. New, standard room 135 bed, The big bed is 2 meters really user-friendly, the bedding is very clean and comfortable, the surrounding environment is very quiet, not far from the downtown area, there is a large parking lot and charging station downstairs, the service attitude is not to say, in the northeast hotel is the first time to check out when asked about the stay experience, very warm heart! Later, Kaiyuan must choose!

GGuest UserHotel was reasonably close to the train station, and within easy walking distance of several convenience stores. Hotel itself was clean, but I have several issues with my room. For starters, all the signage was backwards. The bathroom door said push when you should be pulling. The hot water was cold water and the cold water was hot. Small things like that. Bed's mattress was inclined to slip off the frame if you propped yourself up against the wall to read or something. The bathroom toilet was very high-tech, but the lights were on a motion-activated sensor, which meant the room went dark before I could finish even just draining the lizard, which saw me comically head-banging while urinating. The primary reason I booked this hotel was for the massive bathtub in the room. And yeah, when I sat in it, I could fully submerge myself. If the water ever filled the tub. But the drain plug wasn't working or something and the water drained out almost as quick as it was coming in, which meant filling the tub was slow. And I ran out of hot water before the water level went over my toes.
Would still potentially stay here again. It was cheap and not uncomfortable. Also quite clean, with decent service from the cleaning staff and front desk.
