AAnonymous UserVery satisfied with this stay! The hotel environment is comfortable and quiet, and the whole is clean and tidy. The rooms are well-equipped and the supplies are neatly arranged and easy to use. The hygiene is particularly in place, the bedding is soft and clean, and the living is safe and comfortable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the attitude is kind, and the problems can be solved in time. Very good value for money, highly recommended, will choose here next time!

MM237186****I was worried the facilities might be a bit outdated since it's been open for a while, but they were surprisingly new.
The front desk proactively helped us upgrade to a family suite, which was great. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
The room was spotless and odorless. They helped us choose an inward-facing room, which had a nice view of Beihu Lake, was quiet, and had a good view – highly recommended.
My wife said the smaller room didn't have air conditioning, but I think it did, though perhaps the unit was small.
It's a 10-minute walk to Beihu Lake with a small child, a great location.
The breakfast selection was plentiful and the space was spacious – very good.
I would definitely consider staying here again.

KKenibisiyingbubaI have to give this hotel a thumbs up this time when I rarely comment. First of all, the front desk staff was very kind when I checked in. Check-in was fast. The hotel room was new and complete. There was a laundry room and dryer on the 3rd floor. Especially intimate, very suitable for our business trip, I will choose Ouhua Hotel in Tianmen in the future.
