先説服務。前台小姐姐特別熱情，一進門就遞上一杯熱茶，辦理入住也很迅速。前台還有個百寶箱，裏面刮鬍刀、耳塞、牙線、小童拖鞋這些一次性小物件備得很齊全，衞生打掃得乾淨細緻。
再説房間設施。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪乾淨舒適，衞生間沒有異味，熱水來得也快。我住的那間有投影，晚上躺着看電影很愜意。酒店還配了自助洗衣房，對出差黨特別友好。交通方面，門前停車位充足，免費停車，去商圈很方便。
綜合來看，海凡星在同類連鎖酒店裡性價比相當高，服務熱情、衞生乾淨、設施齊全，基本沒什麼大毛病。整體還是很值得推薦的。

KKenibisiyingbubaI have to give this hotel a thumbs up this time when I rarely comment. First of all, the front desk staff was very kind when I checked in. Check-in was fast. The hotel room was new and complete. There was a laundry room and dryer on the 3rd floor. Especially intimate, very suitable for our business trip, I will choose Ouhua Hotel in Tianmen in the future.

GGuest UserThis stay experience exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is superb, just next to Luyu Square, it is very convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. The experience of the audio-visual room I booked is full, the giant screen projection quality is super clear, and it is especially pleasant to watch a movie with friends at night. The room was cleaned, the bedding was very comfortable, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out were very fast, and the surrounding play guide was also intimately reminded. The overall price is very high, I will choose here next time I come to Tianmen!

The entrance is the square tree-lined, next to the sports center and the 4A free scenic spot Lu Yu hometown. The hotel staff is also very welcoming, the room is good, and the living is more comfortable. Recommended.
