This hotel stay gave me a unique and wonderful experience. The environment is elegant and exquisite, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and every detail reflects the respect and responsibility for the guests. The staff were courteous, enthusiastic and decent. What impressed me most was the receptionist Wang Hongrui. When we checked in at the hotel at around 10pm, he took the initiative to ask if we had eaten, brought us some bread, biscuits and milk, and also asked us if we wanted to eat. The room service staff brought a few extra bottles of water and a plate of fruit to the room. She took the initiative to add my WeChat account and told us that we could contact her if we had any questions during our stay. I appreciate her meticulous service and thank you sincerely!
After going upstairs to the room, the room is also very neat and clean. The bedding, towels and bath towels are white and comfortable, making you feel at ease. When we checked out the next day, the front desk staff was also warm and courteous, and gave us a piece of fruit and two bottles of water (the key point was that the water was warm).

The room was very spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and clean bedding. The bathroom facilities were also complete, and the shower head had moderate water flow and suitable water temperature.
