Hygienic: The aroma in the hall smells good and the room is very clean. Environment: The decoration is very tasteful, the store is also very easy to find, parking is also convenient, the hotel is next to Shihezi University, and the nearby pharmacies and restaurants are very convenient. Overall the experience is very good, come to live next time on business trip!

The staff were very friendly. When I complained that the room on the 4th floor was too small, they moved me to an apartment on the 6th floor. I had done a lot of laundry, and when I asked the cleaning lady for hangers, she immediately provided them. I requested a 30-minute extension for check-out, which she readily agreed to. The location is very convenient; Xingfu Road Pedestrian Street is downstairs, and Ziwu Road is just a short walk to the left. The Military Reclamation Museum and other attractions are also nearby. I would have been even more satisfied if the bathroom door had a better seal so that shower water wouldn't leak out.

Last min booking due to change in travel plans and we checked in really late like 11.30pm and the staffs were very helpful and speedy and their registration for us. Theres a mini mart next door and diagonally across the road there’s beef noodles.

The location of the hotel is convenient, the travel is convenient, the overall environment is quiet, and the price is very high. The stay was very comfortable, the experience was very good, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring Xinjiang milk tea and a variety of hot dishes – my wife absolutely adored it! The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service, and the security guards were incredibly friendly and helpful with our luggage. A huge bonus was the generous supply of complimentary bottled water in the room, which was an absolute blessing considering the scorching hot weather.

The facilities are very good and have everything you need. The hygiene is also very good, and the surrounding environment is great. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in during my 9-day trip to Xinjiang. Wandering around Mingzhu Park in the evening was very enjoyable!

The value for money is amazing! The room was clean and bright, the bed was super comfortable, and it's right next to a shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The service was also very friendly, and there's free parking downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Pretty much as good as what you can expect for the price. Beds are typically suited for Chinese preferences (hard) and lifts are slow, but overall good experience.
