The result was that I called me after two o'clock in the middle of the night the next day. I really don't understand why I can't communicate with the guests before ten o'clock. I have to call at two o'clock in the middle of the night, and I have checked out. The front desk does not do a good job of handover. I clean the guests in the middle of the night. I can't sleep at all in the middle of the night. I hope I can improve the front desk training.

XXteroI enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
