Although I had a late check-in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, making me feel right at home despite the late hour. The family that runs this establishment clearly takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality. Throughout my stay, the friendly demeanor of the staff stood out. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and address any needs I had. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this family-owned hotel. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what truly made my visit memorable was the genuine care and kindness shown by the hotel's owners and employees. I would highly recommend this family-owned establishment to anyone seeking a personalized and hospitable hotel experience.

The rooms are clean and tidy, featuring smart home technology throughout, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive mountain views. The bedding is comfortable and aids sleep, while the bathroom has a convenient wet and dry separation. The front desk service is attentive, providing complimentary hiking poles, luggage storage, and self-service laundry. Amenities such as breakfast, a gym, and free parking are all available. It's the top choice for a hiking trip – highly recommended!

Complimentary shuttle service is offered. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The Jiangxi cuisine was delicious. The location is fantastic, right within the scenic area and only a 3 to 4-minute walk to the trailhead.

The room was excellent, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! The bathtub was fantastic, perfect for relaxing! The overall environment of the guesthouse was superb! There was a swimming pool, BBQ area, fireplace, large parking lot in front, and many recreational facilities! The owner was incredibly kind! Pet-friendly guesthouses are a godsend for families traveling with furry friends! The owner had a wonderful personality, was very easy to talk to, and they have a very obedient dog named Duoduo. This guesthouse experience was truly amazing! The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of freshly made options! Hot and delicious! By the way! The location is very convenient, very close to hiking spots. After a hike, a relaxing bath was so relaxing!

The experience of staying at this home hotel really exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the shower was hot enough and the water was stable. There was no need to wait at all. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the rest is particularly good at night, the sound insulation is also good, and will not be disturbed. The air conditioning and TV in the room are very new and functioning, and the details can be seen to be well maintained. The staff was very enthusiastic, check-in and check-out were very fast, and the response to any needs was very timely. The overall price is super high, and I will give priority to this next time!

Hemu is conveniently located close to the base of the beautiful Wugongshan. The hotel's atmosphere is relaxed and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and doesn't tire to give you tips for scaling the mountain. On top of that, the food is delicious. I can highly recommend staying at this place.

Lovely hosts, beautiful rooms, and amazing home-cooked food! The hosts are extremely hospitable and spared no efforts to ensure that we were comfortable and well-prepared for our hike. They are great cooks and dinner often consists of locally sourced produce (bamboo shoots from the nearby mountain, home-cured meats, home-grown yams etc.) The local palate is on the spicy side, but they were more than willing to accomodate our weak tongues. In terms of location, the homestay is located right next to a stream, so close that you can hear it if you open your windows, and is conveniently located about 1km away from the trailhead. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind with tea, snacks, and the sounds of the babbling brook. We arrived in Pingxiang and took a 1 hour car ride to the homestay - easily found on the map and not hard to navigate to at all. Overall, definitely recommend this homestay if you intend to conquer Wugong shan! P.S. they also have 2 lovely dogs.

The front desk staff, especially Linda (Kexin), provided excellent service. The hotel room was very spacious, very clean, with a balcony facing the scenic mountains, allowing you to enjoy nature and fall asleep to its sounds at night. The bed is comfortably firm with good support for a restful sleep. The lobby is large, clean, and tidy. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and overall the hotel offers great value for money—a wonderful choice near Wugong Mountain.

The room was very clean, the small RV was very warmly furnished, and the boss enthusiastically taught us how to use the RV. The next morning, the breakfast was dumplings and steamed buns and eggs made by the boss himself. The boss also warmly invited us to stay in the hotel for lunch. The ingredients for lunch were purchased by the boss on the same day. The craftsmanship was good. The rice was full. Wugong Mountain Visitor Center pick-up and drop-off: There are also some, which will carry us to the vicinity of the visitor center. The public area of the homestay is also very distinctive. I will continue to book this one next time.
