The second time during the check-in process, the staff knocked on the door and didn't say anything. I swiped my card directly into the room. I was still in the room. I was very embarrassed. Shouldn't I knock three times to ask if there is anyone? Are you confirming whether there is a customer staying? This management needs to be improved. The room cleaning is not very meticulous, and the bedside tables are all reversed and not adjusted in time. There are few tissues in the room. Except for the toilet paper in the bathroom, there is no toilet paper in the room. The location of the slippers in the room is not easy to see the customer in the cabinet. It is recommended to put the shoe cabinet.
