The front desk service is warm and professional, from check-in to check-out, the whole process is meticulous and thoughtful, and the initiative to provide surrounding guides and room upgrades, and the response speed is very fast. The room is equipped with electric curtains, smart toilet, mobile phone control lighting air conditioning, sound insulation effect is first-class. The room is clean and new, the bedding is skin-friendly and soft, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry and equipped with high-quality toiletries.

JjunjinThe hotel stay was very pleasant. Check-in was fast and easy even though we were foreigners.
We booked 3 rooms and everyone found their rooms very clean and spacious. Bedding was comfy. Air-conditioning is fantastic. We were grateful as they were experiencing high heatwave when we were there.
For international travellers, the reception staff was able to speak English and was friendly enough to accommodate us. Room wall plugs weren't international but we had our own traveller adapters. I'm pretty sure the hotel would have supplied if needed.
If needed to go Mengyin again, I would definitely stay here again.
Provided breakfast was Asian style. Quite a decent variety.

When I got up in the morning, I went to the front desk to ask. The attitude was very good, and they were very considerate and informed me that I needed to choose a printer. The service is very attentive. There are many options to eat around. A very happy stay experience.

The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel's own restaurant is not small in size and value-added services. The amount of dishes is quite large, and there are a lot of bare stick chicken left. The proprietress said: They can seal the refrigerator and process it for free the next day.

KKim256This Homestay has the most amazing morning views. Food was perfect. I recommend it for someone who wants to get away from the city noise. The only bad thing is finding a taxi because it’s in the mountains, but the owner of the hotel know people so they can help sort that out for you
