GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in all my years of travel and business trips. There are several reasons why I love it: First, the bed is over two meters wide, so I can sleep however I want. It's very comfortable for one person, and for families, it's definitely much larger than other hotels in the same price range. Second, the lighting in the hotel's sleep mode is very soothing, perfect for solo business travelers who are sometimes a little scared or timid. Third, the hotel staff are very welcoming; they greet everyone in the lobby with ”Hello,” showing they value every guest. Fourth, the lobby manager, Mr. Yu, noticed I arrived late at the restaurant and immediately cleared out the food, worried I might go hungry. He specially arranged for the restaurant to bring me a plate of three-delicacy dumplings. Such thoughtful service, comparable to a five-star hotel in terms of size, smart facilities, and bedding, made me abandon my other plans and enjoy a comfortable, delicious, and restful stay in Liaoyang! Very nice! From now on, whether for personal trips or business, this will be my first choice!

There is no parking space of its own, but there is really no way to block two cars at the door in the courtyard. The scale is not big, but there are many customers, all full. The room is very large, the facilities should have but a bit old, in fact, these are not problems, the problem is that the health is really not flattering, especially the smell of entering the room, it is difficult to describe. It should have something to do with all the guests smoking. The whole hotel is full of the smell of smoke oil inside and outside. There is also the bathroom, which was originally wide and spacious and comfortable, but the partitions were all glass. I hung a gauze curtain. I couldn't turn on the light in the bath, otherwise it was transparent. Generally speaking, the hotel that is very serious is doing, the environment is good, and the internal hygiene cannot talk about details at all. Suitable for people who are purely looking for low prices.

The room amenities are also quite old, with nicks on the chairs and unsightly marks on the carpet. While the sanitation department seems to be doing its best, the situation has been complicated by the pandemic, and the situation hasn't fully recovered. There aren't enough staff. The large courtyard is pitch black at night, and even if you want to take a walk, you can't go too far from the lobby lights. The water temperature is just right, without the need for cooling. The showerhead isn't very satisfying. The breakfast selection is decent, but the taste is mediocre, especially the coffee, which is terrible. The toaster is one of the oldest models and burns easily. The room isn't very soundproof, and guests opening and closing their doors in the middle of the night are very noisy. I don't understand why such a valuable natural resource is being wasted like this. It's a shame.
