The service of this hotel is very good, responsive, patient, and solved the problem quickly. Small gifts were given at check-in and check-out. Recommended!

The TV can cast the screen, which I like.
The smart toilet has its own small light, so you don't have to turn on the light to dazzle people's eyes when you go there in the middle of the night, which is pretty good.
The only problem is that it is not soundproof. I don't know if it's because the door is thin or the gap under the door is large. People in the corridor can talk clearly at normal volume. The sound of closing the doors of several nearby rooms is also very loud. It is very noisy from 7 o'clock.
The windows are not soundproof either. Sometimes you can hear modified cars passing by at night. I don't know if it's the school opposite or somewhere else in the morning. I will let it go on a good day.
The wall is not very soundproof either. The light switch is on the wall at the head of the bed. In the morning, there is a sound of pressing the switch from time to time next door, and there is also the sound of cleaning after checking out upstairs. . .
On the contrary, it is quiet when everyone leaves after 9 o'clock. . .
In short, it is not very friendly to people who want to sleep in in the morning.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.
