On May Day, I drove 7-8 hours from Beijing to the prairie. The temperature difference on the prairie is still very large. The tender grass has just broken through the ground, and the yellow and green are interspersed. The homestay is also being renovated and improved. It is said that it will be completed by the end of May. It was almost dawn when I arrived. Thanks to Manager Zhang Wenshuan for waiting and checking in. The next day, we were upgraded to a Mongolian yurt family king-size bed room, which improved the living conditions of our family of five, including the elderly and children. The stars here are really bright at night. There is no light pollution at all. If the weather is good, it is really full of stars.

Beautiful resort in the Xilamuren grasslands, with a mix of traditional yurts and unique modern-styled accommodations. I stayed in both types of accommodation and both were very comfortable. Full length windows offer views of the expansive grasslands in the day, while the yurts also have a unique skyroof design for stargazing on clearer nights. Breakfast was quite simple local fare, mainly porridge with sides like pickles and egg, very filling. Lunch and dinner is not inclusive but there is a large menu that you can order from. The resort also has its own bar! I believe it is open nightly during the peak season of July/August, and depending on guest volumes at other times. The boss Mr Da and his staff were so welcoming and kind. I travelled solo, and they added me on WeChat so that I could easily reach them if I had any questions or needs. Boss Da also very kindly took me to a few local sights and spots, since I did not have my own means of transport (感谢达老板!). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. If I were to visit Xilamuren again, Xilamuren Grassland Mongolian Holy Land Resort would definitely be my accommodation of choice.

There is a ger in the grassland, so the hotel called us in the morning and told us the location. We went to the hotel by car, but the hotel entrance road was complicated, so we entered the unpaved road and went to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff kindly guided us to the hotel and upgraded our hotel room. However, the bed was a little hard, warm water came out little by little, and the air conditioning heated it, so it was a little cold. We had a horseback riding experience (paid) for about 40 minutes. It was so much fun to ride a horse in the grassland! The horses were so gentle. They recommended a show, a meal, and a Mongolian clothing experience, but we didn't do it (because it felt a little expensive). The campfire was supposed to be at 8:30 PM, but when we arrived at that time, it was already over. It was a shame. The next morning, a staff member came at 7:30 AM and prepared breakfast for us. It rained and was windy on the day we checked out, so we left early! I was grateful for the staff's consideration. The ger was a little uncomfortable, but it was nice to be able to see the grassland of Inner Mongolia.

Staying at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of my journey in Inner Mongolia. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience. But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort. 5/5 for service, accommodation, food, and especially the amazing host.

The scenic area has a good environment and complete facilities. There are grasslands all around. The service staff is enthusiastic. From the time you arrive at the scenic area to the time you leave, they care for you all the time. They upgraded the yurt room to be more luxurious, sanitary and clean. The room has an independent WIFI account and password, which can be directly entered and connected in seconds. There is hot water for bathing and complete toiletries. There are also snacks and specialties for sale at the entrance of the scenic area. The price is very cheap and there are many varieties. You can eat while playing and travel on the beautiful grassland.

Facilities: This is the second time I have come, the first time I have been very amazing, I didn't expect there to be new surprises for the second time, I love ❤️ The environment is very good, the service is very thoughtful, and there will be professional guidance **** as always delicious, the weight is also very sufficient, I have recommended it to my friends around!
