Overall this hotel is modern and spacious , however the Aircond didn’t works well. Day time outdoor temperature at 39degrree Celsius but air cond didn’t work is a big problem for us. Thanks

Although the facilities are a little old after so many years, it does not affect it. The service staff is very nice, the breakfast is also good, and the dishes are delicious. I always stay here when I go back to my hometown to visit relatives. It is very warm and the location is good.

The apartment I booked was far from the main building, so I had to call the front desk's external line from my cell phone to get service. The apartment was nice and clean, but there was no laundry detergent or liquid. I had to ask the front desk, and when they didn't have it, I had to ask someone else for it. After a lot of searching, I finally got it. This one-bedroom apartment was actually quite small, not even as big as a traditional king-size bed, and not worth it. The front desk staff needed improvement. They didn't even know where to find a charging station when I asked them. This level of service doesn't align with a five-star hotel. There's nothing much nearby, and Wanda Plaza is a ten-minute drive away. Overall, it was pretty average.
