GGuest UserCheck in was quick.. arrived in my room.. had to figure out how to use the TV (change channels , find channels, etc) NO instructions,, had to figure out how to fill & turn on jacuzzi ..again NO instructions,, ONLY food available was list in room of restaurant downstairs .. would have been nice to have a Telephone book where I could have found alternate food for delivery Other than that room was clean & amenities (shampoo. soap, coffee maker & supplies ) were great

格格洛斯特吴三桂Very nice, very quiet, can be extra bed, soundproofing is also very good, hot water is very fast, breakfast is good, lunch is ordered in the restaurant. There is a lively atmosphere next to it, suitable for business travelers. Bus and subway are very convenient, right next to the hotel, the hotel has its own parking lot

GGuest UserThe front desk customer service is average. I originally arranged to have a car to take us to the airport the next day, but the next day, I couldn’t even see the customer service figure. The hotel was less than 20 minutes away from the airport. It was quite convenient to take a taxi to the airport.
Hotel health is good, there is a microwave oven, but the facilities are old, the shower faucet is broken, the hot water is out, find customer service reply: the faucet is broken and wait for the master to repair. Ask: When will the master come? Back: I don't know
The result is that I didn’t wait for the master at all, and I would take a shower; because the price is cheap, the requirements cannot be too high, I will stay at the airport for one night.
There are not many restaurants around, it takes more than ten minutes to walk, in short, the hotel conditions are average
