MMan KitManuel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. When the room was incorrect he corrected it without any issues. His friendliness was very comforting. The hotel has great location and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserFriendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels
