We are staying in 3 star hotels/motels but this apartment was definitely a 4 star. Spacious, all the modern comforts including a spa and a dishwasher. The king size bed was super comfy and the shower was as hot as you wanted it. Everything worked as it should. Located next to the RSL and opposite large fishing boats gave us a wonderful reason to walk along the foreshore. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed early March 2022 in a one bedroom Motel style room with large ensuite. It was modern , clean and comfortable and very affordable . Mandy and her team were extremely friendly and helpful. We used Public Transport from Melbourne and found Heyfield very easy to access. Flat even walking distance to many eating options , both the Esplanade and Marine Parade. We took a Lakes Cruise which was extremely informative and enjoyable We are a pensioner couple in our mid seventies.

Avoid this joint at all costs. Firstly I completely understand that hotels have had it tough during covid however it doesn’t excuse the dirty and poorly maintained rooms and still charging close to $200 a night for “budget” accom. There is construction going on too, and no comments on this when you are booking. There is drilling nextdoor starting at 7.30 am. The rooms are in such bad shape, tv or aircon don’t work, dusty, mouldy bathrooms, dirty windows, old facilities. Where do I start? We moved to another room due to our tv and aircon not working and moved to a room right beside a construction site. We unfortunately booked two nights with. I refund, however this is false advertising and j will be following this up with the establishment. I would have avoided this place for the construction and the sorry dirty state of the rooms AVOID

Everything you need is there. Comfy pillows and the softest sheets ever. Even cookies on arrival. I've found a winner here for my business stays but also when I visit for a little holiday this is where I'll stay. Even the towels were large, soft and smelt beautiful. And staff were very friendly and helpful.

This place is incredible value for money two bedroom apartment for four adults, full kitchen, fully equipped, laundry, very clean and comfortable beds. This cost us $260 in total for two nights, 4 adults. Location is very close to all of the shops and good restaurants and five minute walk to the lakes. I would totally recommend staying here, the only comment I would have is the place might get boiling hot in summer as there’s only a 1.5 kW reverse cycle air-conditioner which is in the kitchen lounge area and probably would not cool down the bedrooms… I don’t know which obviously has not affected us, I would stay here every time I came to Lakes entrance.

The hotel is located on the busiest road in Lake Entrance. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to restaurants and supermarkets. But this town is quite lively anyway. It’s okay to walk around with tourists. The room is very big and parking is convenient. The old man at the front desk spoke slowly when he saw that we were foreigners. In general, the people in the motels in the town were very friendly. It may be related to the fact that they have less pressure in life.

The place is well equipped with full kitchen, spa bathroom, second toilet, washing machine and swimming pool. You can enjoy the sunset at your balcony or walk 3 minutes for sunset and sunrise. The shops are just around the corner of this place. The bonus is you can wash your car in the driveway.

GGuest UserWe visited here for our only short break from work, 5 days, with the kids on the school holidays just before school started and discovered that the pool shut at 7.00 pm. We paid premium rates to book this place on school holidays, nearly double the amount that is advertised now. Our main draw card for booking was having access to the pool. We do not have a pool at home and we came from heatwave conditions in Melbourne and was really looking forward to this trip. We were all exhausted from work and school and this was our only time off to spend together as a family and we just wanted to relax by the pool. We placed great emphasis on there being a pool and 7.00pm was way to early to shut down a pool. Most of the advertising of this place is based around the pool and that was the basis of us booking this place. If we had known that the pool shut at 7.00pm I would not have spent a penny here and would rather have gone elsewhere. Very Disappointed !!!

陈陈Thanks to the irresponsible agent who led us to such a wonderful hotel and met the absolutely reliable hotel owner. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we saw employees constantly contacting all scheduled guests to inform them of the fire situation and take the initiative to coordinate the check-out. There are very few hotel owners who are responsible and responsible now! The boss is Chinese, and the communication is smooth. There is free parking. Like a small villa, each cottage is designed and furnished in a pleasant surprise. The style is simple and generous, warm and comfortable. Thanks to many years of careful management, the ecological environment of the villa is great. In the evening, civets come to look for food, and in the morning, parrots come along. Although in the mountains, the infrastructure such as water and electricity is intact and well maintained. You can walk to the lake in a few minutes and catch crabs. The whole villa is not enough for a day, which is very suitable for bringing children. It's close to the supermarket and you can cook your own meals. In the evening, fry an Australian cow, drink a little wine, and watch the civet go through the woods.

We found the Motel by just driving past after a day's travel from Narre Warren , and we hoped to stay in Motel for a couple of nights but once we settled in we decided for the price of $199.00 it would have been better to look around for better and more reasonably priced Motel , but being in our 70's we were tired . We were given room 22 and the amenities were poor . The shower had reasonable pressure and we had nice showers but door would not close unless you lift up the door . At the front door of unit was sand and on the double bed on the doona had sand on it as though someone else had been in the room but did not like all the mirrors , you just saw yourselves and TV if you had it on as reflection just went on into infinity . If you tried to wash dishes in sink provided in bathroom , which I also wet shaved in , you could not do anything with it as the push down plug was so perished you had to run water all the time as it was the only way to do it . That was so ironic as one of the main rules stickers around unit was to use water sparingly . Look it was noisy as there were a lot of bikies on their way to Philip Island staying and sound of TV in adjoining unit could be heard . For the price of $199 we were ripped off as we were given a Gift card of $200 from our Daughter to go on a break and little did we know the proprietor saw us coming and took advantage of it . We were naïve as we hadn't been away from our home because of being ill for sometime and should have done our homework but it was an adventure but will never give The Comfort inn the privilege of our money again . NEVER AGAIN .

GGuest UserThis is a modest old-fashioned style motel about 500m from the city centre. The pool was warm and just the right size for family fun. We had Room 10 with views of the bay from our balcony, which was nice. Traffic noise is going to be an issue from morning to 10pm or so at all the motels on this Esplanade ***** in the summertime and the Abel Tasman is no exception. The owners were very nice and helpful. Rooms can be serviced daily at no extra charge and fresh, spotless towels are available on request. I was satisfied with the room, which I was able to get at the last minute even at peak season.
