"I found many places without detailed information. Here is my experience. This is a one-price all-inclusive resort located in Khao Sok National Park. It is located in the center of Xiulan Lake. Therefore, you have to use long-tail boats to get in and out. The price is small but the experience is very good, including lunch and dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second day, a one-hour boat trip, and round-trip transfer service. After booking, you need to arrive at Xiulan Lake Pier before 11 o'clock on the day of check-in, and find a staff who wears a green T to pick you up. Because the entire lake is within the park, you must first buy a park ticket to enter the boat. Check-out and return time are at Around 9:30 in the morning. The whole staying experience is very good, the staff are warm and friendly, the food is delicious, and the scenery is great. Not much else to say about your own feelings, it will be a very unforgettable experience"

"The staff were so friendly and helpful at the hotel-some don't speak English very well so the communication is sometimes difficult for more complicated issues but on the whole it's fine. The food and drinks are lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious. The view is beautiful and the hotel is located in a nice area with a few attractions nearby. It's close enough to Khao sok national park that you can get there however, you will have to pay extra for taxis or use a bike (this can be tricky if it's raining though). If alone then this can get expensive."

"The atmosphere here is very peaceful, the staff is also very calm, they helped with everything, I booked a tour to the lake, a return transfer. The hotel grounds are just a fairy tale, a river, swings, a garden, silence. We had the most basic room, without air conditioning. But an adequate fan - it was not hot. Please note: the walls are made of bamboo, so you can hear everything, even your neighbors going to the toilet. It did not bother us, I hope we did not bother anyone either.
And yes: the shower and toilet are shared here.
We liked the breakfasts. And overall the stay was pleasant)"

RRattapolThe room is clean, there is a swimming pool, near food sources, you can borrow the maid's motorbike to go shopping.
There is also a car service to take you to Cheow Lan Dam, 300 baht per trip, can seat 10 people.
Breakfast on the day I went, there was coffee, pork buns, fried dough sticks, cookies, but they ran out a bit early (the day I went, it rained in the morning, so it's understandable). Overall, it's okay.

First and foremost, the air conditioning system was functional just, adding to the aircon challenges, the lack of insulation exacerbated the heat
Television enthusiasts, beware! The TV signal was virtually non-existent, rendering any hopes of entertainment futile. For those seeking a digital detox, this might be a blessing in disguise, but for most, it's a disappointing setback.
Moreover, the resort's remote location proved to be a logistical challenge. Situated far from civilization, guests are left dependent on their vehicles or taxis to venture anywhere beyond the confines of the property. Be aware a bus or van from Surat Thani to Khao Sok national park does not come near the property. Double check your bookings in and out and I would not recommend any tight time schedules to the airport.
However, amidst these shortcomings, one saving grace was the kindness of the staff. Despite the challenges, the staff remained courteous and accommodating, striving to mitigate the shortcomings of the establishment. The staff arranged all my transport albeit a little haphazardly.
In conclusion, while the remote resort boasts a serene ambiance and amiable staff, the isolation in transport terms would require a traveler with vehicle.
It is 5km from the dam and daily boat tours on the extensive lake amid magnificent karysts. Warning do not swim in the lake it's heavily polluted with sewerage.

GGuest UserToo little space for 6 people. The bathroom has mold. Leaking toilet pipe In front of the room that says you can eat grilled pork, but there is no shelter from the rain. Eat in the rain. There are stray dogs that come and dig up the garbage to eat grilled pork, making loud noises at night. Because the hotel told us to leave the pan in front of the room where we eat. I didn't bring anything in because the room was very small and in fact my suitcase was already full. The entrance to the night school is quite dark and the road is not very good. Must have a car to enter. But the parking lot is dirt. There are a lot of black ants entering the car. Be careful of red ants on the floor. The real thing is not quite like the picture, but the view is beautiful. If you like beautiful views, like experiencing nature and tranquility. You can come.

GGuest UserI made a mistake booking this hotel. I didn’t realize where it was at, but that was my fault, but it turned out to be really good for going to the lake 10 minutes away. The service at the front desk was phenomenal the young lady and young man that worked the front desk were very, very nice. They took care of everything I needed and they were super friendly. I can’t say enough about them, especially the young man at the front desk!
