"My experience at Kabaleyan Cove Resort was super great! It was such a perfect time to bond with my family, and I can honestly say it’s a must-visit resort. The service was really good—I loved how the staff genuinely cared for the guests. They were very helpful, always ready to assist, and guided us well throughout our stay. I just have one small concern about the pool schedule. The private pool was originally only open until 7 PM, but thankfully they extended it until 9 PM during our visit, which we really appreciated. Still, since it was an overnight stay, I think it would be even better if the pool hours were extended until at least 11 PM. That way, guests who want to enjoy a night swim can make the most of the experience without worrying too much about the time. Overall, everything else was superb and I’d definitely recommend the place to others. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement."

"I didn’t know that there’s a nice hotel in the province. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will comeback, since we always visit our relatives yearly might as well stay here a night or two. They have nice amenities and good food."

"The room was clean and comfy—aircon was cold, bed was cozy, and the bathroom had strong water pressure (big plus). Check-in was easy, staff were nice but not too formal, which I liked. Location’s super convenient—near food spots and gas stations, so you don’t feel stuck. There's a mall right across and lots of restaurant choices within the compound. Room Service wasn't too bad either. If you’re passing through or need a place to crash in Pangasinan, this one’s solid. Would stay again."

"My booking was somehow changed to a 2 single bed studio so my partner and i had to push the beds together. Netflix doesn’t work on the remote we were stuck with random cable networks. They fixed the hot water issue so that was great. I can hear the staff shouting around outside the our room. I think Bedbox Hotel would’ve been a better choice"

"The service was excellent and room was nice and clean but the air conditioning was not cool enough at the room were staying in but overall we are happy…Definitely we will be back …"

"The hotel is walkable to SM, and both Starbucks of the dead downtown. There is nothing really to see but the hotel makes it convenient to meet some relatives."
