Amazing Location - Right next to JR Furano Station! You can literally walk there in a couple of minutes. Perfect if you're traveling by train or want easy access to Furano's attractions.
Private Onsen Baths - This is what makes this place special! They have 3 private natural hot spring baths called ”Ashibetsu,” ”Yamabuki,” and ”Shirakaba.” Best part? No reservation needed - just go when available and use for about 30 minutes. Open 3pm to 10am next

"The hotel is very very well situated right at the foot of the ski resort pistes. Ski in ski out (if there is enough snow). It is however quite dated in its design and the rooms come with only the basic essential facilities (by no means luxurious). It is clean and well maintained though. Service wise, check in took some time even in low season. Not all staff understand english, even those at front desk. The restaurants and breakfast is good. Very wide selection. We also enjoyed the onsen, however it would have been better with the view of nature. Ningle Terrace is beautiful at night in the winter season! All in all a good trip. The convenience and food makes up for everything."

"Hotel is slightly off the city centre but not a problem for us as we were having own transport. Hotel front desk staff having excellent services. Free access to lounge with drinks and snacks were nice of hotel hospitality.

"Great location and service, couldn’t fault that. Helpful staff and literally across the road from the gondola. Great inclusions like afternoon tea with desert bar with nice selection of tasty deserts, ice cream and drinks in the evenings. Breakfast could be improved, great for those that like seafood, but not so great for more western food options. I am sure even in winter there are apples, bananas and other options rather than frozen fruits and pastry that comes in packages that lasts a few weeks or at least that is how pastry tasted. One of the kids only eats toast and eggs or pastry and milk for breakfast and couldn’t find anything to eat there. But my husband loved the buffet. Rooms are pretty outdated, so be mindful. Bathrooms haven’t had anything done to them since probably 80-90th, but it was clean and public bath was good. Restaurant was booked out for dinners for a week in advance (at least) when we checked in but it seemed like there is only one seating in general for dinner."

"We had a very pleasant stay in Felix West.
I had to specially give compliment to the hotel staff and service team. They are very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Their service and attitude impressed us a lot and that would be the reason for staying at this hotel upon our next visit to Furano.
We were a group of 6 and staying at 3-bedroom suite was incredibly nice and comfortable. We had certain privacy by having 3 rooms in the suite and we could also gather in the dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are tidy and neat with amenities. Beds are very comfy and the whole environment was very quiet, so we slept very well. There is also a cafe downstairs.
We travelled by car, so quite easy to get to the hotel and there is hotel carpark. If no car, reaching the hotel would be a bit challenging.
Overall, we loved and enjoyed a lot our stay in the hotel."

"Fenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in.
One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests.
Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car."

"Great hotel for its price, nearby the Furano Prince ropeway and ski areas only 5 minutes by taxi or their daily shuttle bus that only service once 8.30am and back 6pm to and from the prince ropeway ski area. For dinner, it was close when we're there so I had to walk 15 mins to the nearest Lawson convince store in the snow. Recommend to get your lunch or dinner prepared before coming here. Room was clean and complete. Thanks for the hotel for a great stay"

규규림This is a private accommodation. It consists of a tatami room, an in-room, a living room and kitchen, and a bathroom (a separate bath and toilet room) yard. The interior is very large with a 30-pyeong feel, and a sliding door is installed for each space. There's a bathtub and a washing machine, and there's tableware, cooking tools, and air conditioning.
Check-in arrives before 22 o'clock on the day and calls the host, and you will drive close to you within 5 minutes and check in in the living room. It seems that the couple manages it, and they speak very basic English, so it would be nice to memorize the Japanese that arrived by phone.
Shampoo, body wash, towels, etc. are provided in the room as a basic, and if you need toothbrushes and toothpaste, you can ask for them. There is no WiFi, because it is in the countryside, the eggs (WiFi lunch boxes) prepared are also weak, but even if you go out a little on the main road, the radio will be very good, so there is no difficulty in operating the navigation system. Very quiet, clean and comfortable, very satisfied! Ninggu terrace, wind garden, Morinotoke cafe are very close. If you live here, you must go! Highly recommended!

Though no full breakfast set provides, however, the owner will provide morning drinks and daily fresh harvests (eg: eggs, corn, tomatoes) as your simple breakfast. Warm-hearted and sweet to have it with good farming views.
If you are cat lovers, there are over 10 cats there and they are lovely.
We also enjoy JPY700 for 1/4 orange fresh and sweet honeydew which is big enough for 4.
As the location is in the midst of farm, guests should tolerate certain buds in the open area.

The onsen is a bit simple but hot enough for me. I like the spacious room size and comfortable bathroom.

If you come to Furano (self-driving), you must recommend it; I can see that H2 is very hearty and has prepared a welcome card and refreshments; In terms of facilities, everything is available, the kitchen equipment and electrical appliances are first-class, cooking is very convenient, there is also a washing machine and a dryer, although the room does not have air conditioning, but at least a fan, if the window is opened, the summer night is also very cool. No photos of the room, but it feels similar to the website, it is the same beauty.

MMcQueen.DIANThe location is very convenient for driving, parking is easy, and there are a lot of things to eat within 10 minutes of walking out. The service staff are from different countries, and people with different languages can communicate with each other. I find it convenient. I also like the catering and accommodation. It has a great atmosphere, and you can have a full breakfast. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not very good. I live in a tatami room, but I can hear the sound of the two rooms next door. However, I haven't met a good roommate next door. It is noisy all night , makes people collapse. But I still highly recommend this accommodation! I hope everyone has a sense of justice and meets people who also have a sense of justice.

The boss is very enthusiastic. Although he can't speak Chinese, there are staff who can speak English to introduce the facilities. The boss lives in the next room. After checking out, he just packs up his luggage and knocks on his door to see if anything is missing.

Only the shuttle bus driver seem a bit impatient but overall good... Facilities are good as well... Room is a decent size compared to many other hotels that we have been to in Japan. Able to handle the whole family and still has space for 4 luggages.... The hotel even has an onsen which is great in winter..... Hotel breakfast is good although the whole 5 days we were there, there is no change in the menu at all but enough variety to last us for a few days - western, japanese etc.... Amenities are also good in the hotel.... Responsive concierge and housekeeping

YYA’s Home 旅遊冒險·愛分享愛生活I stayed at this B&B in Furano for three consecutive nights for skiing, and I found that many of the guests were foreigners, probably coming for skiing. The room was very spacious, and the room was a Japanese-style room with ample heating and a clothes drying pole. There are clothes hangers and clothespins, which is very convenient. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. If you need hot water, just ask the boss and he will provide it. In addition, the toilets and bathrooms are shared, but the environment is very clean and there is a bathtub, so it is very convenient and comfortable. The B&B also provides a parking lot, which is right next to it. It is very convenient to carry luggage. Directly opposite the B&B is Lowson Supermarket, and there is a large supermarket A·coop within walking distance, so supplies are very convenient. We are going to Furano Ski Resort for skiing. The distance is not too far and it is very convenient from the street, so the functionality is very good.
