"The hotel with free shuttle service is perfect for air travelers who need a night of rest. We appreciated the 5:30 am shuttle. There were about 12 of us who were on that shuttle, meaning that 12 of us could not enjoy a coffee and a piece of bread since the dining room didn't open until 6 am. Otherwise, the hotel experience was very good!"

"Typical transit hotel very close to Sao Paolo airport Guarulhos. I had a small room in first floor not far from reception. Room was clean and comfortable, can’t hear airplanes much. Staff friendly and helpful. In morning hotel serve normal buffet breakfast."

Breakfast, I thought it was so-so... the fruits weren't sweet, the croissant didn't have the right texture, it has variety, but without an exceptional flavor. The room, I requested for a pet and when I arrived at the hotel, the room was not available, and they did not provide a hygiene kit. The shuttle service was very good. Attentive staff."
