The location is convenient for strolling around the Marais district and within walking distance of the Louvre. The room was clean and the washing machine was new, probably because it had just been renovated. The shower room was separated by a curtain, and for some reason the shower room was a step higher, so the drainage was slow and the room kept getting flooded, but we managed to make a bank out of towels.
If you're staying with multiple people, the comfort of the bed will vary, but for the price and cleanliness, this place is all-right for me.
In a hotel like seven days, the breakfast is not simple, the room feels broken, and the curtains are not covered by the window. Very close to the building opposite. One person lives 1,000 yuan a night, and the price is not high. Good location, next to the square and subway station.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Wasn't good having no tea facilities. I had to keep walking down stairs or getting lift for hot water located in kitchen. Location was OK, not as near to places as reviews said but was near a metro and bus stops. So loud outside with the bars and wasn't offered any earplugs so was hard to sleep although beds comfy
Location is perfect,in the central Paris. It saved me a lot of time for traveling. The studio is small but has all the necessities needed, a coffee machine, a microwave and an induction. It would be better to have a washer. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.I would like to come back later.
Rested with a guy, the bed on the top suits for two at least in the photo may seem small. The apartments for two with amenities that allow you to live here for more than a week were comfortable. There is a tug, microwave oven, fan, etc. The presence of a bedroom at the bottom is a pleasant bonus in case two people are not sleeping together, thank you for laying the sofa and locked up. The location is successful, 10 min and you are surrounded by sights)). We will be happy to come again.
This studio loft apartment was exactly as represented in photos and descriptions. It was an acceptable size for the 2 of us. The kitchen functioned, but was just the bare minimum facility. No microwave. Only a few dishes and 2 cookware for the induction stove. A mini fridge with freezer shelf. The bathroom was larger and nicer than expected compared to the rest of the space. The sofa bed was ok - not really comfortable for us, but it worked. The listing stated there was air conditioning, but it’s actually only available during official summer season and that could’ve been made more clear on the listing. Even though the French and other Europeans may be used to not having air conditioning all the time, I feel like they forget that Americans are used to it and generally expect it. To us if a place has air conditioning, it’s a permanent thing that would be available all year long, not something that would actually be removed from the property part of the year. The weather was unusually warm for that time of year and with the Sun beating in the large windows it got quite hot in the room during the day. It really would’ve been nice to have a fan at least. We were unable to figure out how to connect to the WiFi with the instructions given, but it really wasn’t necessary enough to bother with asking about it and spending time trying to figure it out. One other frustration in the space was how the cabinets beside the sofa bed open. It seemed to us that they would be more functional if they all opened in the opposite direction than they currently do. It would also be nice if you’d include a instruction manual on how to use the washer/dryer. We ended up looking it up online. European appliances are so different from the ones in America, most of your American guests will have no idea how to work it. Other than all that, we really loved the room for our stay.

GGuest UserThe location is great.
The shower booth was very narrow and I was worried about hygiene.
I wonder if it is suitable for the price, but I can't stay.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent and safe. It is very close to the attractions. It is within walking distance, but there is no elevator on the fourth floor. The drainage of the kitchen and bathroom seems to be together and it is not smooth. It is very slow and will accumulate water.
