The service was amazing, especially Ms. Jasmin on the front desk... the hotel is perfectly located near everything. very confrotable and an excellent brekfast and all day long coffee....the hotel is worth the pay....

Hotel location is excellent, go out and turn right for ten minutes to walk to the tower, turn left to the Arc de Triomphe and Xiangjie, there is a Carrefour supermarket next to the hotel, convenient for buying fruit and water. Every time you come to Paris, choose this hotel directly.

It's a brand new hotel, and the walkways and rooms still feel a bit renovated. The layout of the room with a balcony is very strange. The entrance + bathroom, toilet + bedroom are lined up in a row, and the bathroom is in the middle of the room. If there are two people, one person is using the bathroom and the other has to go around the balcony. I checked in alone so it was okay. The location is good, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Service is lacking, for example, the phone never goes through.

A good hotel with a great location. 16th arrondissement, Passy district! It's a 15-minute walk to Trocadero and a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Everything is very quiet and safe. All the infrastructure is nearby, the Passy Plaza shopping center, restaurants, shops, boutiques. Polite reception, old interiors in the hotel lobby, it's beautiful. An old cramped elevator, it was even a bit scary to go into it, so I usually went down on foot. The room is compact, I would even say cramped, because half of the room is occupied by a large double bed. An inconvenient closet, and there is also an inconveniently located safe, everything is somehow very cramped. At the time of check-in, the socket did not work, the refrigerator door did not close tightly, the safe was locked, and in my opinion the table and sink were not very clean. But the reception quickly eliminated all the shortcomings, so in principle everything was fine. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a shower, there are tea accessories in the room (tea, coffee, water, cream). I didn't like that the carpet smelled old, it was a bit chilly in the room (in mid-March).

Location of hotel is about 15 mins walk to Champs Elysee, not a lot of restaurants around the hotel, got to walk a distance to them. The TV in our room had no signal and i had informed the reception twice, no one had came up to fix the issue, this was rather disappointing. Area of the hotel feels safe to walk around at night. Room was also a lot smaller in size than expected. Apart from that, all’s good

The location is really good. M1 Argentine metro station is 3 mins by walking. You can go to Arc de Triomphe by walking. Also if you like a little walking you can even go to the Eiffel Tower by walking too. There are many bakeries and bistros near the hotel. The room was clean and cleaning service was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious enough for us. Bathroom was spacious also with a bathtub. The only weird thing about the bathroom was that the sink was too low, when I stand in front of it, it was near my knee level. Room had minibar and locked safe, a decently sized wardrobe. There were complimentary tea, cofee and water. Staff was helpful and kind. In general the hotel seems old but we did not face any problems related to that.

The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to the Arch of Triumph and the Eiffel Tower, there's many coffee shops around, unfortunately like all Europe, they close to early. The rooms are small but charming, really clean and the breakfast is basic but delicious. The halls need a bit more of lightning, but overall is a nice place to stay.
