Overall a good hotel, located close to many very popular touristic attractions (Eiffel tower, River Seine etc…) and close to several metro stations (6mins walk). You can also find a grocery store 2 mins away from the hotel.
That being said, there are a few negative elements : the hotel is getting a little outdated, especially the rooms and the amenities. The gym would require a few extra machines but it is better than most of the hotels in Paris.
This Adagio is actually a service apartment instead of hotel. I chose a room with a bed, sofa bed and a small kitchen. It is not fair if it is compared to a normal hotel. People choosing Adagio needs to be aware that: towels would not be replaced everyday, rooms are not going to be cleaned everyday and gabbage would need to be thrown out of the room by yourself.
The most inconvenient thing is lift. The tower I lived has 2 lifts but one of them is not working. I always need to wait for a limg time or I need to walk to the other tower, which has 2 functioning lifts.
Besides, the drainage of the washing basin is poor. Water is leaving the basin very slowly. The hotel needs better maintenance with a better plumber!
Exceeded my expectations. The hotel is a convenient 5-minute walk from Metro Line 12. My particular room type, room 702, offered a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was a bit average. The room was very spacious, and our child slept comfortably on the sofa. The hotel provides a purified water refill station, and there are several good supermarkets nearby. We walked about 25,000 steps every day and often returned to the hotel quite late. The surrounding area felt very safe, and we had no issues walking on the streets even past 1 AM.
A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Paris!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel during my trip to Paris, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from many of the charming cafes, and metro station, making it incredibly convenient to explore.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated.
Breakfast each morning was a delight, with fresh croissants, fruit, and coffee served in a peaceful dining area. It really added a lovely touch to start each day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Whether it’s your first time or a return trip, this place truly captures the charm and hospitality of the city. I look forward to staying here again!
The hotel is very convenient in terms of location and transportation. It is in a residential area with good security nearby! The hotel is very clean and warm in French style! Diptyque toiletries are used and the service is very friendly! The rule of leaving after check-in is to hand over the key, which makes people uncomfortable. After communicating with the staff, it can be kept, which is quite flexible!
The hotel room has the bare minimum a guest would need expect but no toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Otherwise, the 1 night there was good. Step outside for a good view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel also allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out 👍🏻
Very cosy and stylish hotel. Near to bakery, convenience stores and restaurants. Staff was polite and pleasant. My room was clean, tidy and nice. I would come back again.
After encountering last-minute issues with an online booking platform, we desperately needed accommodation in Paris. Fortunately, Hôtel Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle had availability, and we booked on the spot without any research – a decision we're incredibly grateful for.
From check-in onwards, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and efficient, the location excellent with convenient Eiffel Tower area access and good transport connections. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities.
The hotel maintained reliable Mercure standards with thoughtful touches that made our spontaneous stay feel special. Service was attentive without being intrusive, creating exactly the atmosphere we needed after our stressful booking situation.
This last-minute accommodation turned out better than many carefully researched hotels. The experience transformed a travel headache into a Paris visit. We'd definitely stay here again – next time by choice rather than necessity.
Highly recommended for reliable, quality Paris accommodation.

GGuest UserThe WORST experience in Paris. When i arrived at the hotel, there was nobody there. I called the hotel and they say i need to take car and visit their office which is 20-30 minutes far away from the hotel by car. (Which is 40-60 minutes round trip by car! ) i said we have 4 luggages and they just say there is NO way but to visit their office. They keep reject the cancel and refund. I waited 60 minutes on the road but no solution so i got to other hotel nearby. I finally i payed all the hotel fee without even entering the room!!!! Ignorant and arrogant workers! Very dissapointed and upset!!
LLiuchengfouI booked a room for my wife and daughter for 11 nights on that Novotel. My flight back actually allowed me to spend a night with them in Paris. At the check in I was surprised I could not pay a little more adding a small bed in the room. I was said to book another room for me. I am not sure that is the right way to proceed, in this case why spending another night with your wife and daughter. Anyway I booked another room. Breakfast was ok , and everyone was polite, the location is not bad. Don’t forget to bring your tooth brush and power adapters, all power connections are EU, For a 4 stars hotel, it is small things but helpful. The service is people to people and we are the customers.

SSheshouzuodemeiguiThe location is pretty good. Although it's in the 14th arrondissement, it's quite close to the 6th. Most attractions are within a 30-minute reach, and there are several metro lines nearby. The metro station is about 500-600 meters away, roughly a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is mainly a local residential neighborhood, which gives it a nice feel. Dining options are also a bit cheaper than in tourist areas. The rooms and breakfast were perfectly fine too. Overall, I feel it offers great value for money. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in Paris! On the first day, I thought that the hotel would not take the initiative to clean, and I did not ask for cleaning, thinking that the room would not be too messy. As a result, after a day of playing, I returned to the room and found that the room had been cleaned neatly, and I was in a good mood! I stayed for 5 consecutive nights, and they helped me clean it spotlessly every day. The front desk staff and hotel staff are very friendly. This is a photo I took when the front desk brother was heating up my food. For your reference, the facilities are well placed and clean. You can also store your luggage, and the staff are always enthusiastic to help you! Although the room is small, it is enough for 2 people. The bathroom is not crowded and there is a small table for eating. The room planning is good.
AAichihongshaoroudefengzhengNot far from the Eiffel Tower, I walked to the tower on the first day in Paris and took a lot of photos. You can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the room. There is a light rail next to the room, so I thought it would be noisy, but I could hardly hear any sound in the room. The front desk service was very good, the breakfast was simple, and the room was very small.
