Paris 14th arrondissement-Observatoire 2-star Hotels

Happy to have stayed there. A small simple hotel but all that we needed. Not in touristy area which we prefer but there’s good local restaurants where local people go to eat n drink nearby. Near Rue Deguerre markets. We mostly traveled around by bus which was pretty convenient. Walked to Denfret-Rocherer station n took RER to CDG airport easily. Happy with the breakfast included. Plenty of food.

Location is great, the metro station for M4 line is just outside the hotel. It was very convenient to travel to Gare de l'Est (30 mins) and to the airport (1hr with an interchange). Room was slightly small but clean. Overall it was a great stay.

I booked this hotel because I heard how many thieves there are in Paris. Located in the 14th district, it is the safest area. The hotel is in a residential area. There is a 13-way subway station in four minutes. There are also subway stations and bus stops not far from the corner. It is very convenient. It’s not far from Charles de Gaulle at the airport. I took the train for 11 yuan and walked over 🤣. Haha, it should take about 20 minutes to walk. I don’t want to transfer to the subway or bus anymore. And you can also go shopping early. Because of this, it is not particularly clean to see the surroundings. I was planning to book in the rich area, so I am a little dissatisfied with the environment. Hotel service is very good, clean, there is an elevator, I am on the top floor, the elevator has to go up a few steps. My room is at the top of the stairs, but fortunately it is not noisy at all, it is not noisy, it is not a sound insulation problem, it is not noisy. There is a sound at check-out time around ten o'clock. The room is really clean, cleaner than Japan. The faucet in the bathroom is also very good, I am very satisfied. The bed is also very comfortable, there is a window, I just used to dry clothes, hahaha. The air conditioner will have no heating. I don't think it matters. There is a TV, but I don't come back at about 10:30 in the evening every day, and I don't experience it. Check out is about 11 o'clock, free luggage storage, I save it until about 8 o'clock in the evening to transfer another hotel.

The location is very good, right next to the Denver Rose station on the RER B line, 2 minutes walk, the room is small, the family room for three is fine, the price is a little higher, the service is good, the bathroom is not big, single is enough, opposite the MONOPRIX supermarket there are McDonald's, chinese restaurants, subway lines 4/6, near the monuments of the tombs of paris, it is recommended.

The location is very good, very close to the train station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to the Palace of Versailles and Mont Saint-Michel. The quilt cover didn't fit on the quilt, there was no elevator, and the bathing area was too basic.

At first the bathrooms were dirty but the days after were ok, I loved that there’s 24/7 staff and they have a luggage room so you can put your things in there if it’s not time to check in yet. I liked it but it needs neutral colors in the room in my opinion

Free luggage storage for guests. Dining area with microwave, fridge and stove. Clean bathroom. Bus stop almost right outside the place. I’d definitely stay with this place if I’m to come to Paris again. But staircase was spiral with tight steps, so do bear in mind if you’re with heavy huge suitcase. One of the staffs were extremely rude. Not only pulled a long impatient face all the time, he literally shouted at me for opening my suitcase in the common area.

The location of this accommodation is very convenient, very close to the subway entrance, making travel very easy and fast. The heating in the room performs excellently, keeping the entire space warm and comfortable even in cold weather, making people feel relaxed. However, the staircase design of the accommodation is relatively small, which is a little inconvenient when carrying luggage, especially large luggage may make some collision noises during the transportation process. But overall the room was kept very clean and the fresh and tidy environment was impressive. If convenience and comfort are important to you, this is an option worth considering!
