Paris 14th arrondissement-Observatoire 2-star Hotels

The hotel is in a good location close to the Metro line with lots of local services including bistros and supermarkets etc. The tram is also very close by. The staff were friendly and the room and all areas were clean and tidy. We had a 4 person dorm to use for a family of 4, the beds were comfortable enough and towels were provided in the room free of charge. There's a vending machine and a coffee machine in the lobby and reasonably priced. The only issue I encountered was I had breakfast included in my booking but the hotel refused to honour the breakfast booking via Trip.com so I had to pay an extra €80 at the reception. I did consider using the extra breakfast booking facility on Trip.com as it cheaper than at the hotel but thought better of it in case they didn't honour that as well. The staff weren't very helpful with that issue but were still friendly and approachable about it. It is quite easy to travel to anywhere within Paris from the hotel, including Disney.

Free luggage storage for guests. Dining area with microwave, fridge and stove. Clean bathroom. Bus stop almost right outside the place. I’d definitely stay with this place if I’m to come to Paris again. But staircase was spiral with tight steps, so do bear in mind if you’re with heavy huge suitcase. One of the staffs were extremely rude. Not only pulled a long impatient face all the time, he literally shouted at me for opening my suitcase in the common area.

All liked it! Cool staff, they helped me figure out the exchanger, the room is clean, a beautiful area with cool shops, a good view from the window, the bathroom is neat, there are towels😊 There are some little things: 1) I couldn’t close the lock on the door to the room, and the staff said it was ok, I had to sleep with the door unlocked🤯 the next day I figured out that the lock was just jammed and if I put in some effort, everything will work. 2) very thin walls and terrible audibility of neighbors if someone is talking or even just taking a shower😡

The behavior of the hotel staff was excellent across all departments, and they were consistently polite and helpful. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, and it takes approximately 10 minutes on foot to reach the nearest metro station. However, one challenge is the hotel's distance from many of Paris’s main attractions, which makes the use of public transportation necessary and adds to the overall travel cost. Regarding the room, considering the price paid, the space was quite limited — particularly the bathroom, which was extremely compact to the point where it was difficult to move without bumping into the walls. Additionally, there were no power outlets near the bed, so I had to use the ones located near the mirror or by the door to charge my devices. Breakfast was basic and remained the same throughout my stay, with no variation offered. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, the breakfast could benefit from more diversity and improvement in quality.

The location of this hotel is in the 14th district of Paris. The security is still good. The surrounding facilities are not bad. The bus No. 62 and No. 58 can be reached. The subway is a little far away. There are not many businesses nearby. The restaurant has three to four. , Downstairs will be a bit noisy at night, Living on the 2nd floor is not easy to fall asleep, but if it is for friends who sleep after 12 o'clock and after one o'clock, it should have no impact. The staff at the counter don't speak English very much. This seems to be very common in France. You have to be mentally prepared.

The location is very good, right next to the Denver Rose station on the RER B line, 2 minutes walk, the room is small, the family room for three is fine, the price is a little higher, the service is good, the bathroom is not big, single is enough, opposite the MONOPRIX supermarket there are McDonald's, chinese restaurants, subway lines 4/6, near the monuments of the tombs of paris, it is recommended.

The location is very good, very close to the train station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to the Palace of Versailles and Mont Saint-Michel. The quilt cover didn't fit on the quilt, there was no elevator, and the bathing area was too basic.
