Note for this review, I was given the disabled people room ground floor. So this review will only concern this room. PROS: - Close to Gare du Nord station (it means easy pick up/drop lugagge for business travellers) - Good looking bedrooms, and nice ”boutique hotel” atmosphere - Easy access to the room from the reception, large bathroom - The desk is big enough to use a laptop comfortably CONS: - Diabled room can be very noisy with people having ntheir breakfast or checking in or out - Privacy is a concern here as the room's windows cannot be oepn due to proximity with the street - Lack of opacity: people can literally see you in the room, which is quite annoying with where the hotel is located (shady people around at night) I wouls suggest putting opaque stickers to keep the room more private

Location: if you need a hotel not far from Gare du NOrd but do not want to be located there, gare de l'est is the second best option (only 10 minutes walk). For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur). Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect. Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out. Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.

Generally, the hotel was nice. Good facilities and easy access, 10m from the Gare du nord and Gare de East on foot. I started to think that Awesome breakfast is Mercure thing. Since I had stayed 2 Mercure and both of them offered similar, and terrific breakfast. The hotel is very cost-effective. I'd recommend to my coworkers.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Paris East Station, the room is very clean, I thought it would be a little messy near the train station, but the hotel is very safe, the black lady at the front desk is very warm

Location is good, in between 2 train stations. Going around Paris is easy with easy accessibility to metro, RER and buses. Hotel room is spacious and clean. However, lack of a few amenities like a refrigerator and electric kettle. Staffs were friendly who would greet you every morning whether it was housekeeping, cafe staff or reception.

Super beautiful boutique hotel! The staff that checked me in (Simon was his name, I think) was very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to get a top floor room, lovely designed and with full amenities. The room was big for Paris standards, comfy and location was convenient. Staff here are very nice, fluent in english and many other languages im sure but most importantly genuine! Will come back over and over. Thank you 😊
