Paris 20th arrondissement-Menilmontant Hotels

The location is in a rather shady and dirty neighbourhood. The hotel staff wasn't very kind and helpful. We stayed there during the strike period and needed assistance to interpret the public transport information from RATP which was given in French. However, the staff were always dismissive of our call for assistance and simply asked us to take the taxi (which was super expensive during the strike period as it's in high demand). in actual fact, some metro lines and buses were running but only at certain timings. The saving grace is that the hotel room is spacious and clean. The hotel is also near to Carrefour and McDonald. It's about 10 min walk from the metro station.

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood which is very connected to central Paris. The metro station Couronnes is right in front of the hotel and another metro station Belleville (which is a junction) is about 5 minutes walking. The street is lined with restaurants and cafes, and the place is bubbling with activity. We really liked coming back after long days of travel. The room was reasonably sized and we used the various cupboards and drawers to organize our stuff for the 5 day stay at the hotel. Room cleaning was available daily unless denied by the guest. Overall, it was a great place, and I would absolutely go back to stay there.

It is very close to the subway. The location is easy to find. The transportation is convenient. The staff at the counter are very friendly. There is filtered water for drinking and a hair dryer. Although the room is not big, it is quite comfortable and suitable for solo travelers.

Brilliant hotel, apart from the good location and 24/7 desk with friendly staff nothing is particularly special but this is perfect for a budget trip the area is nice and so is the hotel. This makes a great choice if you aren’t bothered with the bells and whistles just want somewhere pleasant to lay your head. It’s a solid choice!

I have been travelled few countries during this trip with 5 accommodation, this is the best I ever have. First shower facilities, clean and water strong. Even this is the only 8 beds room but I find the bed is big, quiet and the only with all the charging points function-able! Surrounded by supermarket and eatery, and next to train station, and ease u to travel to tourist place! Highly recommended!

Endroit très satisfaisant pour nos deux nuits passées dans l’hôtel Bridget. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute, notre chambre était très propre et très agréable aussi confortablement que visuellement. Bon rapport qualité prix avec une ligne de métro à 5 minutes à pied.

This is good hotel near Belleville where there are lots of restaurants around. This is perfect for a solo traveller who needs personal space. The reception is 24hrs so you can ask help anytime when needed.

The hotel is very well-cared, the bed is very comfortable, the room is a little small but sufficient, as well as the bathroom, if you have a lift that I have read in some reviews the opposite, near the metro but in the end, the area is safe.

The man at the front desk, the two cleaning ladies, and the woman in charge of breakfast were all smiling and always very pleasant. I checked in around 13:30, but I was able to enter my room early because it was ready. The breakfast included fruit and other items, so I think it was a good deal for the price. The room was small, but everything you need was compact and easy to use. I stayed alone in a twin room with two single beds, but if there were two people staying, it would be difficult to spread out two large suits. The location was very convenient, with access to multiple metro stations and a bus to Gare de Lyon right in front of the hotel. There were many shops near the hotel, so I had no trouble shopping.
