Overall, a good hotel. The location is very good, as it’s close to the metro station and very close to Montmartre. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other amenities around, which is great, all within walking distance. The only downside was the size of the room, which was tiny. Not a huge issue for a short person like me, but with two people in the room, it was difficult to move around at times. The towels could also do with an upgrade, as they are very thin and small.
The staff was friendly and helpful, no faults there. However, it would be great if they could take more of a proactive approach to deter antisocial behaviour (a guest was playing loud music on a portable speaker outside the hotel, right at the entrance, at 3 am, and nobody did anything about it).
The shower was difficult to rinse thoroughly after using the so-called water-saving shower head. We arrived at midnight and the front desk complained that we did not inform them in advance and they thought we would not show up and were ready to give our room to someone else. We had already paid in full when we booked. I don’t know where the hotel staff got the position to say this to us.
The air conditioning is very awful so if you're easily hot you should bring your own fan, but the rest is very nice. The breakfast is nice. The receptionist is nice.

The hotel had poor standard, the decor was worn and old, but nice price and clean. It was closed to subway, and not to far for walking to attraktions. Some of the staff spoke French rather than English, so communication was difficult. Ordered continental breakfast when booking the hotel, but wanted gluten-free. Tried to get in contact with the hotel several times via email and explain, but they newer answered. When we arrived they couldn’t help us, so had to go to the grocery store and buy my own breakfast, without compensation.

I am so incredibly happy that I booked this hotel. I had spent so long trying to find somewhere that suited my needs with location, price and amenities. The hotel looks exactly how it looks in the picture; so incredibly cute. I will say, the rooms are small and there is no elevator or air conditioning but you can make that all work. You just have to be smart about how you use the space, be able to carry your luggage up the stairs and possibly have the window open in order to get the amazing breeze in the room if you need air in order to sleep or to just move around without being overheated. The staff is incredibly nice and I loved the space where you can just sit and relax and enjoy your breakfast at. I had the best Paris experience!
The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre The only thing that would suggest improvement is noise isolation in the corridor even though we had no fat problems with noise. The intimacy of the toilet was also in a very small space where a person is suitable for hard torment and with a transparent mampara where the person's figure is sighted while doing his needs. Very happy in general.
The service was fantastic, the staff very friendly. There's one inconsistency: they should invest in a partition (between the shower and the bath) so people don't get the whole bathroom wet when they shower. I'd guess a curtain costs no more than 3 to 5 euros.

An incredible experience, one of the best I've ever had in all my travels.
**Let's start with the location**: very close to the metro, bus stop, train station, several supermarkets, and night markets, and just a few steps away you'll also find restaurants where you can have lunch, dinner, or a hearty breakfast... something the hotel can also offer for just a few euros! For those seeking convenience and versatility, you won't find a better place!
**Cleanliness:** Excellent cleanliness from the first to the last day. The staff cleaned our room impeccably, replenishing disposable items every day, and even changed sheets every two days. You'd enter your room very tired in the evening, but you'd really feel at home, thanks to the scents and cleanliness.
**Service:** Impeccable service, 24/7 availability, and utmost professionalism! The staff always welcomed you with a smile or a joke, immediately creating a pleasant, friendly and relaxing feeling. The Wi-Fi was excellent, with a great and fast signal throughout the entire property. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the TV was excellent, the lighting was excellent, the wardrobe was spacious, and the bathrooms were all extremely clean and in working order. The room was spacious, quiet, cozy, and very modern. The elevator was huge and spotless.
Our stay lasted 7 days and everything was perfect! We couldn't find anything to criticize or complain about; it was truly the ultimate in comfort.
I wholeheartedly give it top marks; everything was top-notch! Excellent value for money! If I were to return to Paris, I would definitely stay at the Hotel Fertel Maillot again.
Best regards to all the staff who always welcomed us at any time of day or night! See you soon!

The hotel is fine, but not really spacious room. There are some pipes in the room under the ceiling, which most likely collect condensate and it drip from them at night. Breakfast is just 5€ but it only coffee and croissants nothing else. The hotel is near the metro station, and there are places around to eat. They will ask you for deposit money, don’t forget to remind them to give it back when you check out, because they will not remind you (I’m not using for deposits, so I forgot to ask to get it back). There’s like in most hotels I stayed in in Europe no toiletries, so make sure to bring your own.

Amazing
IIrina SilinaExcellent apartment, brand new renovation, everything is fresh. For such a price everything was fine and we liked it. The linen was clean and fresh. The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)

MMEGAMINION0704I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in the Batignolles area, and it was a great choice! The room was quiet, unlike what you'd expect next to the train tracks, and although it wasn't large, it was clean and functional. A lovely small hotel designed with an art deco atmosphere throughout. There are many restaurants, stylish general stores, and the famous Cezanne store in the area. A coin laundry and Monoprix are also within a 5-minute walk. The nearest station is a little far away, so I didn't use the metro or train this time. However, there are two bus stops within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and you can take a bus to Bon Marché on the left bank, and you can also take a bus back from the Eiffel Tower, which was very convenient. And most importantly, the hotel staff are very kind and friendly! I felt their warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Paris.
AAnonymous UserGreat location! very nice and clean rooms, super friendly staff. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The only thing I would like to add to my room is electric kettle.
JJOHN ALLANI booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool and I suffer from back pain (3 operations in 5 years long ago).
On arrival I asked about the pool and was told it is only open from 10am until 9pm and a 30 euro one off fee for use is payable per guest.
I mentioned most people would likely choose to swim prior to breakfast but was told tests have to be made everyday (presumably Ph levels) so that was the reason for late opening.
Surely the first staff on duty around 6/7am could be shown how to do this.
Finally checked the pool out just before leaving ........... I wouldn't have used it, an overwhelming smell of chlorine !

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around. There's a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping easy and restaurants plentiful. I even saw several Chinese paintings in the hotel, which was a very homely experience for Chinese people living abroad. I'm so grateful to the hotel's front desk staff for offering us a kettle, afternoon tea, and snacks after our City Walk. It felt like home and was incredibly heartwarming. If I ever return to Paris, I'll definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserThe room size is not bad, but the air conditioning is very useless! Or we should give the air conditioner here another name: vent! ! ! As an air conditioner, it did not play its due role at all. Even its ventilation function was not up to standard. The room was stuffy and speechless!
During my stay, the hotel was undergoing interior renovation, and the renovation workers would shout loudly in the corridor from time to time. Everything else was fine!
