The best feature of the hotel is Eiffel tower view from balconies of some of the rooms. Liked that very much. Room for 3 was good, breakfast ok, location - stone throw from Etoile and Eiffel tower. Highly recommended for the fair prive
I recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this.
However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special.
Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.
The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. It is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the subway station. The area feels relatively safe overall. It is convenient to eat and order takeout around.
Facilities: The room is comfortable and clean, with a coffee machine, washing machine, gym and other facilities. The pantry has croissants and small snacks and fruits.
Service: The staff is warm and friendly.

The hotel location is very good, just few hundred metres walking distance to the Arc De Triomphe.
However, it's quite run down and I don't think it fullfils the criteria of a real 4 star hotel. Otherwise, we would not take the trouble to change hotel at last minute.
We reached at late night and were assigned a family room, the heating not functioning and room was cold.
Toilet was separated from shower room and there's no basin in the toilet, so you need to pass through all beds and make a turn to the shower, that's inconvenience.
Breakfast is simple, canteen is very small. We actually booked for 5 nights stay, but decided to check out after 1 night because we don't think the price we pre-paid worth the condition.
We need to give a big thank you to Miss Max at Trip.com, for her prompt coordination with the hotel and speedy processing of the refund, as well as fast confirmation of the new hotel we sourced - Hilton Paris La Défense, its price at Trip.com was also around $100 cheaper than another famous website.
The location is really good. M1 Argentine metro station is 3 mins by walking. You can go to Arc de Triomphe by walking. Also if you like a little walking you can even go to the Eiffel Tower by walking too. There are many bakeries and bistros near the hotel. The room was clean and cleaning service was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious enough for us. Bathroom was spacious also with a bathtub. The only weird thing about the bathroom was that the sink was too low, when I stand in front of it, it was near my knee level. Room had minibar and locked safe, a decently sized wardrobe. There were complimentary tea, cofee and water. Staff was helpful and kind. In general the hotel seems old but we did not face any problems related to that.
Because it was a holiday, there was a serious shortage of staff; but the hotel also informed you in advance that you could get your own towels on the fifth floor, and your room would not be cleaned during your three-day stay; this hotel-style apartment room was very nice, with neatly arranged tableware and a fairly new air conditioner; it was very close to the Eiffel Metro Station and the Museum of Humanities!
The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower, a 10-minute walk, a lot of dining around, Chinese food downstairs, but I have not eaten, it is said to be expensive, French bread is also delicious. In terms of accommodation, the room is small, two people can sleep, we brought children, three people can only sleep horizontally, the room decoration is good, the elevator is very noisy and can be heard all night

Location was not fantastic, we should have book the hotel nearer to Effiel Tower instead, this hotel is more nearer to Arc de Triomphe, about 5mins walk distance. But so far from Effiel Tower. Services was excellent nonetheless. There were Chinese and English speaking people around to assist us. Hotel also comes with a small swimming pool, jacuzzi area, sauna room, steam room and a small gym area. Breakfast spread is good as well, and healthy portion. And last but not least, the shower head was slightly off, and when we bath, the splashes of the water wetting the entire toilet floor making it wet and slippery. Hotel location is just 5mins walk away from a small super mart, very convenient if you need to do some grocery shopping.

OOrange Gogo YeahRoom is quite new and clean. Hotel is close to metro and there is a supermarket nearby. We stayed for 3 days but unfortunately when we returned on the last night, the AC did not work well. Pretty sure the housekeeping staff changed the AC while doing cleaning when we were away because we came back to a room with AC setting changed. So it got very hot and kept showing a line saying the heat mode is on with another control, we called the staff to help. He inspected but could not fix it. So we got stuck in a hot room at the end.
GGuest UserLovely hotel! Great pillows, comfortable bed. Rooms came with 2 large bath towels, robes, slippers, tall bottle of water. The room was overall clean! The shower was so pretty! Decor was on point! Front desk staff were all kind and helpful.
A few cons: noisy street, vacuuming in the evening was loud. Heavy footsteps and toilet flushing from the room above.
GGuest UserThe service was amazing, especially Ms. Jasmin on the front desk... the hotel is perfectly located near everything. very confrotable and an excellent brekfast and all day long coffee....the hotel is worth the pay....

GGuest UserGreat hotel! The rooms are quite large in Paris and the facilities are all new. My room is on the top floor and I can see part of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Overall, it is very cost-effective. The only downside is that the laundry fee is very expensive, so I didn't choose a self-service laundry nearby that is much cheaper, but they also clearly marked the price and informed me, so they did their duty.
HHsu WeiChihThere is a bar facility on the first floor of the hotel, which is available for daily watching during the European Cup. The bar service is quite good and highly recommended. In addition, the front desk staff is a little slower, but very attentive and professional.
GGuest UserEverything else is good, especially the front desk staff is very welcoming, which is rare in Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Arc de Triomphe.
The bathroom facilities are of poor standard and very average.

AAilvxingdeyouyouziI fell in love with the suites at this hotel, which is located near the Seine River and on the Champs Elysees.
The rooms are neat and spacious, and the lights at night make people feel like home.
Breakfast is served in the room.
ササバデルI was so glad to stay here. It is located between the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, and is also close to the subway. It is in a great location. There is no problem with the Champs Elysées nearby.
