Paris 13th arrondissement-Gobelins Hotels

I’ve stayed here previously and the highlights of this hotel are its cleanliness, friendly staff / nice room, lobby area and unlimited free water / tea / coffee if you want to chill. WiFi is great as well

Good serviced appartment, well equiped, quite affordable considering the location. Ideal location: mall nearby, plenty of food options, subway lines right outside. Staff is a hit & miss, sometimes extremely helpful, sometimes not really. Hot water was faulty a couple times and we had to wait the next day for shower/bath: not great with kids. For some reason it takes a lot of arguing to get bedsheets for baby cribs, as if people usually travel with theirs...because...reasons. Will definitely use again as overall it is a great combo.

My tour group met in the 13th arrondissement, and I chose this hotel because of its reputable brand and convenient location. The room was comfortable, the bed was large, and the bathroom was clean. It happened to be a market on Friday, so I bought some delicious fruit. I used Google Maps (about an hour) to find Notre Dame, the Seine River, and the Louvre. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with excellent coffee 😘👍 A truly enjoyable stay.

Facilities: Excellent, with a kettle and slippers. Cleanliness: Very clean, well-maintained. Ambient: Exceptional. The building is visible from a distance, being the tallest in the area. It looks stunning against the sky.

The hotel is quite good, the personal helped us a lot during our stay. The only thing is breakfast. It doesn't match the hotel at all and it's terrible

This place looked a little different from the pictures, but all in all, the place wasn’t too bed. Only thing I can complain is that the floors in the room are quite cold due to the weather. Place is sparkling clean, spacious, near to the metro station

We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. All these 6 nights we were fed breakfast that the air conditioner would be fixed and a technician would come tomorrow, but in fact no one came. The room had a terrace for 2 people. On the 4th day they brought a fan, to the comment that there were 3 of us and 2 fans were needed, everyone answered ”No”. There was an unpleasant smell from some of the boxes. The apartments are generally normal, but only in cool weather. I think the air conditioner never works here)

Although the location of the hotel is not a special center, the transportation is convenient. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Lyon Railway Station. It takes ten minutes to eat the famous Vietnamese beef noodles in the 13th District. Basic self-service hotel-style apartment, the front desk has staff during the day, there are questions and answers, there is security guard on duty at night, safety is guaranteed; there is free coffee tea bubble water on the first floor, you can bring your own cup bottle to hit; the room is fully equipped, the kitchenette is convenient for making a salad and cooking noodles. Hotel price is very high, next time I go to Paris, I will consider booking again.

Little cozy hotel. But! The moment you come up to your room you see heavy scaffolding being erected against the front of the hotel and that makes your Paris views. Plus the workers walk by your window. Plus they need to drill some holes in the walls to keep the scaffolding from falling. Traveler - have a nice rest after a long long flight to Paris! Enjoy the views and pray that nothing falls on your head when entering or leaving the hotel. The rooms now should go at 50% discount or at least the clients should be notified when booking on trip.com
