Paris 12th arrondissement-Reuilly Hotels

The room was rather small, which is understandable in Paris. The facilities were a bit outdated, and the bathroom sink wasn't very clean; I cleaned it myself upon check-in. The location is convenient for transportation and has many amenities nearby, close to a shopping street.

Great location, very close to Gare de Lyon. Very nice room, air-conditioned and comfortable bed. Bathroom is tight and small, but normal for Paris. Staff were very helpful and accomodating with early check-in and gave us a special treat for our honeymoon. Slightly disappointing to not have full amenity/toiletry bag cleaned, and refilled prior to check-in (the kit was opened and used prior to our arrival), but it was replaced promptly by the staff. We also had dirty cutlery inside room, but only a minor issue. Overall a very pleasant stay, worth the money.

It is a hotel that is not in Japan. Front, small but chair design, color, wall, interior, courtyard, great. The room was also toilet, shower room, good. Very good hotel suitable for Paris. I want to stay again. Thank you.

This was the worst Mercure hotel I have ever stayed at. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The reception staff were not friendly at all. They never greeted guests — not even a simple “good morning” — and always looked unhappy or uninterested. During check-in, the receptionist stayed seated while I was standing in front of the desk, and there was no greeting or welcome. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. The breakfast was also poor. The eggs were undercooked and still raw, and the coffee tasted bad. Definitely not the standard I expect from Mercure. The rooms old. When I asked for advice about transportation to the airport, the receptionist was not helpful and didn’t seem willing to assist. Overall, the service and hospitality were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Everything was exactly as expected! We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and kind. The morning buffet was excellent with a variety of choices. Everyday they were cleaning the room and changing our towels. We will definitely recommend the Ibis Daumensil to our friends! Merci a tous!

The first time I stayed here was for a business trip, and the company booked it for me. I liked it so much that I booked it again for a family trip. It's directly accessible by subway, and very convenient if you need to take a train. The room view is also great, you can directly see the train station's clock tower.

Getting there was super easy- I had to check in after midnight and it was great that I could do that without problem. The guy at the desk was lovely and I was charged the city tax (which I expected) and 18 euros for my assistant dog (which I didn’t since they haven’t warned me about that when I asked on an email if I could travel with her. The room was very comfortable- quite small but still comfortable. The shower super small- is good that I’m petite but be mindful of that tall or larger people- you might want to ask them for a better sized shower. The room was clean and the temperature nice- I didn’t get my request to stay away from the elevator door so I did hear some guests but it didn’t bother me. I would have preferred if the room had a fridge and maybe a kettle to make some tea/coffee? Also, it didn’t have any small toilet towels, as well as no toothpaste or any silverware of anykind- in that sense, you only get showergel/shampoo and soap from a dispenser, a hair dryer and TV & closet with strong case. But overall, it was very lovely- I definitely would recommend it for shorter stays and location convenience. I didn’t have breakfast- the woman in charge of that was a bit more dry than the rest of the staff, which were lovely. She told me I couldn’t enter with my dog- told her she was an assistant dog, then she kind of had to agree- but I preferred going in the neighborhood that has lots of cafes. Campanille was great! - the photo is when I left the room, sorry! (I forgot to take one when entering, but was super neat and tidy!)

I was very satisfied with this hotel. I arrived in Paris by long-distance bus and found this hotel within minutes of getting off the bus. I checked in immediately. The facilities were good and it was close to the train station. The subway and bus are very close, making it very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend it. The breakfast was also very good, enough to last the whole day. I was very satisfied with all the hotels I booked this time. I'm very happy and hope to book this hotel again next time.

Location is unbeatable. If you are doing a lot of town hopping, it’s 5 mins away from the train station. The hotel isn’t exactly a what you would expect for a 4 star (if yiure from Asia and have higher expectations), but owner and staff are friendly. Rooms was cozy and nice. During our stay, the dispensers were broken, heater was down, the alarm went off in the middle of the night. They did their best to fix all of these immediately.

Very clean hotel! Love the design of the hotel, very parisian indeed. Honestly, the bed was so comfy. i really enjoy the water pressure. However, the AC kept turning off by itself. Otherwise, location was super convenient. You can find pharmacy and convenient store nearby. Staff was really friendly too.
