Paris 11th arrondissement-Popincourt Hotels

The location is very convenient, it's safe in the evenings, and there are no homeless people. The hotel is clean, new, and odorless. There's an elevator. Our room was on the second floor (the French floor is on the first floor), and the view wasn't great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms were very nice, but there were a few downsides. The front door has a large gap at the bottom, so you can hear all the noise in the hallway. The shower tray isn't sloped, so the water spills onto the floor instead of into the drain. You have to get the hang of showering without getting the entire floor wet. The hotel is perfect for two nights; for a week, I'd rent a different one. Another thing I missed was bedside tables and a vanity in the bathroom; it was as if they opened the hotel half-baked. There's a safe and a kettle, and cleaning was done every day. We checked in an hour early.

It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby. We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least. Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all. Would I return? Yes sure

Great hotel in the oberkampf district of Paris. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Very convenient location with metro and bus stops within 3 minutes. The rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet.

We have 2 rooms conbined together, 4 beds for 4persons. And you will have free coffee and breads in the lobby. Near to the metro and nicely services.

The Hotel is perfectly sited in the Marais-quarter of Paris, with a nice surrounding and many sights can be reached by a short walk. Our room was offered as an Executive Room, but not realy met the expectations. I would call it a Classic or Superior. The staff was very friendly and helped us during our stay when ever required.

Good location, very close to the subway station, the room is too small, the refrigerator is not, but the top floor and the first floor have a terrace, basically do not go back to the room when sitting outside breathable.

A hotel within a 10-minute walk of several metro stations, with clean but very small rooms. The quality of the bathroom fixtures, furniture, and refrigerator was fine, but there was barely enough room to get in and out of the shower in the bathroom. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. To get to the city center, you'll need to take a 10-minute walk to a metro station. You can, however, choose a metro line closer to your destination.

This place is not far from the tourist places as they are walkable. To me it’s like the best place as I love to walk. Able to walk to Belleville area, to Saint Martin canal and to the Latin quarter by foot The hotel seems to have undergone some renovation and looks new.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités (commerces, restaurants, transports, place de la Nation....) Très bon accueil même tardif. Chambre de petite superficie mais très bien agencée et agréable, propre avec plateau de courtoisie apprécié. Petit déjeuner correct. Je recommande et y retournerais volontiers.

The location is still very good. Near the Bastille Square, friends who like the tide brand are suitable to live here because the supreme shop is 5-8 minutes walk from here. However, the hotel should not be too high and expect a 7-day level, but it is still very clean.
