The hotel is located within walking distance to Gare l'Est n Gare Du Nord. The area/vicinity, we were told by locals there was that it wasn't a safe area to be but we weren't going around there except to our hotel so we didn't mind it but nonetheless kept our vigilant. The staff were friendly n helpful. What we didnt like was the railway station nearby n so it was noisy almost throughout the nite. We booked another nite in this hotel on another date n informed the reception that we did not want the same room on our return stay. We did not get the same room, but there were some mix-up n we ended up with the same kind of room on another floor.
Small but perfectly formed! Booked the single room. Reception very helpful and friendly. Lift clean and working well if quite a small space. Room and bathroom small but had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Everything felt clean, very glad could open the window. Had a kettle so could make tea plus even included tea bags and a biscui! Bathroom small but not too bad had enough space and shelf space. Had nice toiletries and shower strong and worked well. Quite expensive even with Trip.com the cheapest price but that's because of the location. Very close to Gare du Nord but away from the madness and somewhat rough looking people who hang around the station. I paid less for a hotel in that area The Hotel Picardy. But it was awful shower diddent work amongst other things. You get what you pay for, so I would rather spend a bit more and have a comfortable stay if in Paris again. This place delivers the basics you would expect.
The hotel is within walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. It is in a quiet area. The hotel however is a little old but is still somewhat clean. The shower head was blocked. Although it’s still working, it was a little annoying. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay was not too bad.

I had many difficulties on my birthday trip to Paris, but this hotel was not one of them.
This hotel is stylish and very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly, speak good English, and are eager to help with anything they can during your stay. The hotel was very communicative and helpful prior to my stay as well. My room was very spacious, but this may be because I was in an accessible room, so I cannot speak for how the regular rooms are.
Although the location may seem a little out the way, it is very well connected by public transport, and surrounded by some excellent cafes and restaurants. I once walked back from the louvre, and it took around 35 minutes.
Breakfast was varied, and while not massive, had plenty of choice for everyone.
If I'm ever in Paris again, I will stay here. If anyone i know plans a trip to Paris, I will HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable! What a pleasant surprise – it was incredibly easy to find, situated directly opposite the North Station exit, and surrounded by all sorts of fantastic food options. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. It might be compact, but it's incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. My top-floor room was wonderfully quiet. And the front desk staff were excellent; they even offer free upgrades if a vacant room is available on the day!
It’s my personal trip to Paris and it’s a nice experience. The hotel location is good and there’re lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast looks good too.
+ Room is new and clean. Location is near main train station, bus. A lot of shop and restuarant near hotel. Staff is nice.
- Room is too small for luggage 30 inch, I cant open luggage as properly.
Great lovation, just next to gare de lest. Small entrance by lift at rue d Alsace which is not obvious. Else everything is great. Especially when you are transitting in Paris and you are taking the trains from Gare de L Est.
Booked this hotel because I loved the interior from the photos and was not disappointed! We got in in the morning after a really long flight and managed to get early checkin and went straight to the pool and sauna - great for a chilly day! The room was cute but the balcony wasn’t really necessary - I actually preferred the rooms without facing the main road as it was much brighter. The only 2 things were the odd pillows that were not comfortable (they said they didn’t have long ones) and that the neighbourhood is a little sus but luckily the street is clean right by the hotel. Had great breakfast selection and kind staff, would recommend overall though!

Great
GGuest UserThe room is small but clean. We stayed for 5 days and they cleaned it every day and put shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in it. There were no toothbrushes or slippers. The breakfast tasted OK but it was the same every day. Paris North Station is convenient for travel and has many Indian elements. Because it is very close to the station, we went back to the hotel after leaving the station and did not walk around, so we did not feel dangerous once, including one day when we went to Mont Saint-Michel and returned to the hotel at nearly 11 o'clock in the evening. Recommended if the price is right.
RrarakatSuper beautiful boutique hotel! The staff that checked me in (Simon was his name, I think) was very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to get a top floor room, lovely designed and with full amenities. The room was big for Paris standards, comfy and location was convenient.
Staff here are very nice, fluent in english and many other languages im sure but most importantly genuine! Will come back over and over. Thank you 😊
JJINGBreakfast is a bit of a single test, the variety is quite a lot, but the waiting time is at least 10 minutes, the room is very small, unless the suite is set, it is estimated to be 13 square meters, the window is the canal, the scenery is good, the hotel does not talk On the service, there is no parking lot, no entertainment facilities, a total of 12 rooms. However, the traffic is convenient and the surrounding is lively.
NNickP3791I was booked into a room with queen size bed as a single traveller and was happy with it - enough tea and coffee to last me, hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room….everything was there.
The view wasn’t great, but I’d didn’t book the room necessarily for the view, just somewhere to stay before catching the early Eurostar next day.
The best part of my stay? Xavier on reception - polite, funny, helpful - if he checks you in, it will all go smoothly!
XXINYIAlthough I was told that the booked bed was gone, I could only change the single room, but in fact, it is enough for one person to live. The hotel is very close to the east station and the location is very quiet, because the room was also sent for breakfast, although Only stayed for one night, but still very happy.
心心疼小区里的流浪咪子The hotel location is very good, very close to the Paris East Station, the room is very clean, I thought it would be a little messy near the train station, but the hotel is very safe, the black lady at the front desk is very warm
YYIYANFor colleagues to book, the location is better, very convenient, every time you go to live in this hotel, close to the customer company, shopping around is very convenient, breakfast is not bad
YYUCHUNIt is far from the subway station, breakfast is too simple, the road outside the hotel is stone road, so it is not suitable to pull a suitcase to walk over, very strenuous. There are many Chinese restaurants around the hotel. The towels are old and the kettle is not clean. After getting in the elevator, you need to enter a door and go to your room. The door to the room was difficult to close, and I didn't know why. The keys are old fashioned. Not a Samsung Hotel overall.
QQIANThere is TV to watch, the bed is quite big, but the quilt is not comfortable. When I left the hotel, I needed a turnkey and I felt a bit disliked. Every inch of Paris is expensive, and the price is still acceptable for one night. The hotel is well furnished and has convenient transportation.
GGuest UserIf you are booking dormitory bed- then consider that they will provide you bed, blanket and a pillow. You can use locker without charge and the locker is with safeguarded with numerical code. For towel they take deposits. Service is amazing and very friendly staff but very straightforward. If you book from trip.com they then take extra service charge when you check-in (may be 10%).
