Fantastic hotel. Location was perfect for all central attractions. Loads of boulangeries, restaurants and shops along the Champs Elysee in walking distance. Staff were outstanding, answering any queries about the city, printing our flight boarding passes and providing games for the kids. We had a great time in the city and the hotel was the perfect base for our holiday.

We stayed in Paris for a week and booked 2 hotels. This hotel was the best. We were given 2 rooms facing each other as requested. It was very considerate... The service attitude was good. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was average, but the Imperial Treasure Pavilion on the first floor could improve the food. The Chinese food tasted very good... It's 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and 3 minutes from the LV Champs Elysees. I highly recommend this hotel!

Facilities: Very complete, with a swimming pool and spa on the underground first floor
Hygiene: The hotel is still very clean, and I won't comment on the outside of the hotel.
Environment: The Place de la Concorde is outside, and the Eiffel Tower can be seen in the southwest.
Service: The front desk and the luggage guy are very enthusiastic, and the cleaning manager patiently helped me find my phone after I couldn't find it. In the end, I found that it was not lost in the hotel. I am still very grateful.
There was a small episode when I checked out. The minibar in the room was not opened throughout the whole process, but it showed that there was consumption. Fortunately, the front desk removed it after I explained it~

The view is awesome, thanks team who assigned to us a great room
Will be good to have a ramp from entrance to check in area. Luggage handling was challenging especially with big luggages. Not handicapped friendly
Will highly recommend to friends or rebook for my next trip

The hotel has complete facilities and good hygiene. The room was cleaned twice a day. It was very clean. It was very quiet at night and there was no noise. We checked in early and went through the formalities at 10 o'clock in the morning. I really appreciate the hotel's accommodation! A bottle of red wine and snacks were given that evening! Full marks!
Let me first say the conclusion. If you have to stay in this hotel, you must make a note not to ask for a barrier-free room on the first floor. I arrived at the hotel at 9 am for check-in. I thought that there should be many rooms to choose from so early, so I didn't specifically ask for a room. I stored my luggage and came back at night. As a result, I came back at 6 pm and was given one of the only two barrier-free rooms on the first floor. It was completely facing the street, side by side with the fire escape and public toilet. Thinking of the reviews I have read on Ctrip, almost all of them gave barrier-free rooms. It is hard not to feel that it is discriminating against Chinese people. The front desk said that there was no room to change tonight and I could only change the room tomorrow, but I saw on Ctrip that there was still the same room type that night, and asked the manager to come out to deal with it. The manager still said that there was no room to change. I asked them in return, did they give me this room because I was Chinese? They said that this was a standard room for them and there was no discrimination. However, the toilet in the barrier-free room is completely different from other rooms. There is no light on the washstand, and because it is facing the street, it is so noisy that I can't sleep at all from early in the morning. The most ridiculous thing is that they said they didn't discriminate against Chinese people. At night, I heard the people next door chatting, and they also spoke Chinese. There are two worst rooms in total, and they were all given to Chinese people. I stayed in this hotel for three nights and didn't see other Chinese people, but this hotel can let Chinese people stay in this terrible barrier-free room. In short, the stay experience is very bad.
I got bitten by bed bugs on my neck, arms, and shoulders so many times that I'm still suffering even after coming back to Korea... Even if I told the hotel, there's no way a French hotel would acknowledge it and treat it... I was worried because it was a wooden building with a carpeted floor, but I didn't know there would be bed bugs in a 4-star hotel. I never want to go there againㅠ

The most intimate hotel I have ever stayed at! Really love! More than 10,000 a night is worth it! Worth more expensive than the deadly expensive hotels in Greece!
After checking in, the hotel saw that we were Chinese and prepared peony, tea and Chinese tea set for us. It's so thoughtful!
Needless to say the hotel scenery! I ordered a balcony room with a cloakroom, which is very practical. Internet celebrities all over the world must go to the hotel! Very very very recommended!

The waiter was polite and friendly. We negotiated for free early check-in. The room was not big but cozy. It should be newly renovated and very stylish. The overall layout was very delicate. I especially liked the French bay window! The key point was that the bedding was very comfortable! The mattress was soft and supportive, the quilt was thick, and the immersive deep sleep was suitable for jet lag. The minibar had AM juice. The strawberry juice was delicious and cost 12 euros. The front desk could borrow a conversion plug (UK-EU). The check-in experience was great! Next to it was the historic Av. Montaigne boutique where you could go shopping. (I forgot to take a picture! I ordered a Vietnamese curry late at night and it was also very delicious)

SShikeweixiaoIt is worthy of being the oldest French classic luxury style and has been ranked the world's number one hotel many times. Classic luxury is no exaggeration, and it is a hotel worth visiting again.

GGuest UserThe location was great, about a one-minute walk from the Madeleine Church. I walked everywhere.
Not only was it easy to take the subway, but it was also close to the RAR Auber station, so it was convenient to go to the outlets and Disney.
There was always a staff member at the front desk, and they were very welcoming, so even women could stay here without worry.
There was a minibar, and the room was very clean.
The only disappointment was that the safe was broken and I couldn't use it.
GGuest UserI’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times owing to the warm welcome, size of rooms for a Parisian hotel and moreover the fantastic location. A couple of *******, however, on this trip - I arrived late having travelling from the other side of the world only to have no key access (and quite a bit of disturbance when I wanted to sleep…knocking on door for a replacement key after midnight…). Also the room wasn’t topped up with amenities once cleaned…towels / coffee capsules / even the bathroom. All sorted very quick but housekeeping lady was a little too forward in wanting to come and sort as I was getting ready…! I was literally in my towel.
Minor but important to raise as the hotel is not the cheapest and these are quick wins.
Rest of the stay great.
YyoraraNice location, calm and clean.
It has really small shower booth and elevator but no problem at all. You may be in the same situation in Paris all the time.
Very kind staff made my first trip in Paris so wonderful.
I recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe geographical environment is excellent. It is the first stop when I come to Paris. I have stayed here many times. It is very convenient for shopping. It is on the Lafayette Street and the Arc de Triomphe.
XXINGKUANGood environment, good location and convenient. Good value for money. Several young front desk receptionists have a good service attitude. Only one older black receptionist has poor service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and especially very well located!
The hotel is very friendly and very friendly.

GGuest UserIt is very convenient for sightseeing near the center of Paris. It is also convenient to dine in the room because famous department stores are nearby and you can buy famous store dishes, cold wine and beer in the basement of the department store. (Because it is a famous store, you can get plastic knives, forks and napkins) As expected, I bought a glass of plastic at a supermarket in the basement of Saint Lazare station. (6 pieces for 2.9 euros) It was very convenient to eat out as you could walk to the Passage Panorama. It was nice to have an old man who speaks Katakoto Japanese at the front desk. However, 2/3 of the guests are Japanese and there is no chance of being in Paris.
