The hotel is in a great location, just a one-minute walk from Liege metro station, which takes you to various attractions in Paris. It's also very convenient to walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department store in about 10 minutes. There are many delicious foods around, which is great!
The hotel boasts an ideal location with excellent accessibility and a secure atmosphere, making it easy to get around and providing peace of mind. Guests can expect a comfortable stay thanks to the comprehensive facilities and luxuriously soft beds that ensure a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, the exceptional service staff are always attentive and eager to assist with any request, guaranteeing a pleasant and accommodating experience.
The most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in France! The service is very patient and meticulous, and it is polite with gentlemanly manners. Although the room is not big, it has everything, complete facilities, windows, facing the street but very quiet. The bathroom is very clean and the hot water for bathing is very good. I was very tired after a day, but I had a very good rest. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay here again next time. I went out for a walk in the morning and found that it was raining. I was about to go back to find my umbrella in the box, but the gentleman at the front desk took the initiative to lend me an umbrella from the hotel 🌂, which was very thoughtful. Thank you.

Astoria Hotel pleasantly surprised me with its value and charm. The rooms, while simple, were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Paris.
The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering helpful recommendations and prompt service.
The central location was convenient for accessing local attractions, and the complimentary breakfast provided a decent start to the day.
Astoria Hotel offers a budget-friendly option without compromising on essential comforts. Overall, a reliable choice for those seeking affordability and a welcoming atmosphere.
Had a great stay here for the Olympics, it was central and convenient to get to places in central Paris. The area is a nice area with supermarkets, and a few restaurants nearby. We liked how the hotel has a sparkling water refill option too! The staff are friendly and supportive too.
a. The location is very good, with short distance from the subway.
b. The reception service is nice and friendly.
c. Facilities seemed too simple and the room is not comfortable enough.
If full mark is 10, I would rate 6.5
It's not bad, bot can't say good.

* Location is great, in a safe area, and within walkable or short public transport distance to basically all major areas.
* The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
-
* Upon check-in, there were a few hairs and light stains on the pillowcases and bedsheets. The room was also quite dusty.
- The soundproofing is weak, and sound from the hallway/outside can get very loud.
- I was woken up on 3 separate mornings by the cleaners knocking and then immediately entering the room for housekeeping (pre-11/11:30am). I’m not sure how normal this is but I was startled as I haven’t had this happen at other hotels before, and this was annoying for my sleep schedule (adjusted for work purposes on the trip).
- There is a noticeable smell to the rooms/hotel as a whole; it’s not really objectively unpleasant but will be a bit strange if you are sensitive to smells.
I used to stay at the Capital Opera House Bestwestern, but unfortunately this store seems to have changed its name and prices (not sure). So I booked this hotel. The location of this hotel is more central than the previous one. It is convenient to take a subway, train, bus or taxi. Monoprix, Paul, and various high-scoring pastry shops and coffee shops are all within a 10-minute walk. Very cost-effective and affordable.
Facilities: There is a balcony where you can have breakfast. The bathroom is a bathtub, which will seep water. It would be better if it was a standing type.
Service: The front desk always greeted you politely. I received a pre-authorization deposit of 200, which was received the same night after check-out.

We booked a quadruple room for the whole family. However, the room given to us was completely not suitable. The shower was a see-through one with no door and facing the beds. It was great for a romantic couple but with grown up children, it was totally not acceptable to us. We complained and not without some argument, they offered 2 connecting rooms. On the day of checkout, the reception called us and said because they were fully booked, we have to leave at noon sharp and not one minute more! They even send a staff to our rooms to watch us pack. We feel that the front desk could be improved. Having said that, the hotel enjoys a really central location with walking distance to some of the famous tourist spots, and the breakfast is simple but good. We especially like the fresh juice which you can make yourself at breakfast.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room is quite decent, and there are three Michelin-starred restaurants. For us Chinese, an Italian restaurant with a meter of 1 meter is more suitable. The location is excellent (of course other luxury hotels in Paris have better locations).

HHUIYIThe most intimate hotel I have ever stayed at! Really love! More than 10,000 a night is worth it! Worth more expensive than the deadly expensive hotels in Greece!
After checking in, the hotel saw that we were Chinese and prepared peony, tea and Chinese tea set for us. It's so thoughtful!
Needless to say the hotel scenery! I ordered a balcony room with a cloakroom, which is very practical. Internet celebrities all over the world must go to the hotel! Very very very recommended!

Great
GGuest UserI’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times owing to the warm welcome, size of rooms for a Parisian hotel and moreover the fantastic location. A couple of *******, however, on this trip - I arrived late having travelling from the other side of the world only to have no key access (and quite a bit of disturbance when I wanted to sleep…knocking on door for a replacement key after midnight…). Also the room wasn’t topped up with amenities once cleaned…towels / coffee capsules / even the bathroom. All sorted very quick but housekeeping lady was a little too forward in wanting to come and sort as I was getting ready…! I was literally in my towel.
Minor but important to raise as the hotel is not the cheapest and these are quick wins.
Rest of the stay great.
Ssanny bongAwesome! Great location, magnificent lobby bar, extremely helpful staff. The club room is spacious, delicious breakfast & afternoon cocktails with many varierities served at club lounge, dishes were great! A perfect stay for business & leisure 👍
XXINGKUANGood environment, good location and convenient. Good value for money. Several young front desk receptionists have a good service attitude. Only one older black receptionist has poor service.

Very Good
AAimierdelixiangguoThe location is very good. You can take a bus directly from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Paris Opera, which is within walking distance from the hotel. The subway and bus around the hotel are very convenient, and it is convenient to go to various attractions. Shopping stores such as the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Department Store and various famous brands are close at hand. Supermarkets, fruit stores and Chinese restaurants surround the hotel. It is quiet in the bustling city, very quiet at night, and safe around. The hotel room is small, the room has no odor, and there is a kettle.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and especially very well located!
The hotel is very friendly and very friendly.
